Such a great camera, but when you tried to view the feed while the camera is live it stops recording and you are only able to view live but it won’t record. Do it’s better to view the footage after it’s been recorded and saved.

I have the camera and it is hooked up to my I Phone and on the car. Great picture and easy to use.

I was recently in a minor accident at an intersection with no cameras. After going around and around with INS company, I was ultimately deemed responsible for the accident even though this was not at all true. The other driver entered the intersection out of turn, trying to speed through. Even though admitting to going out of turn, I was blamed since I should have been able to stop anyway. INS jumped up $50/mth. BS, but without video proof, one is at their mercy. I decided then and there to add front facing cameras to all my vehicles. I chose the X9Pro due to its reasonable cost and small footprint. I also requested and installed the free hardwire kit as I hate dangling wires. I chose to install 128gb memory card. The camera is working exactly as expected and I am very happy with the purchase. Customer service (to receive the hardwire kit) is very prompt and pleasant. 5 stars all around

Simple installation, quality image. Auto On/Off feature seems to depend on whether the car's cigarette lighter socket has power when the key is off. Mine does, so the camera stays on all the time. I intended to set up the parking monitor feature, which requires constant power, anyway.

Installation was easy - took maybe five minutes. They provide you a tool to help route the power wire. Works well - app easy to navigate. Photo/video quality is very good! Would definitely purchase again.

Verified purchased no freebies here or vine (does that even exist anymore I still see reviews in 2023 for them). Was 40 with the 30% coupon paid 28. Plus the micro sd card (brand used was SP 128gb for nine dollars it works). Install was smooth (there’s tons of YouTube vids that show how to hide the wires I just tuck them in the headliner then ran it along the pilar also tuck it there and tuck it under the door trim molding w/o having to pull the rubber trim out, the trim tool did all the work tucking it underneath all the rubber trim and plastic, door still closes fine).Pros:Price cheap and worth itLightweight you can install it anywhere (opt out of the windshield and installed it on the plastic molding that covers the cars front internal camera and sensors used velcro as it’s easier to remove them trying to unclip it, clip not easy to remove takes effort velcro easier but that’s my opinion).Voice turns off (don’t need to hear recording on recording off or whatever it says).App easy no thrills just straight to the vids (do need to be connected to Wi-Fi in the car)Each video takes less than a minute to download for me.Lock any vid just hit power button for one second.Microphone works great.Don’t need to be connected to Wi-Fi while driving I don’t. Vids record but do need to be connected to Wi-Fi to view any vid.Cons:Cannot be connected to the dash cam Wi-Fi and the cars car play. Car play we’ll always disconnect the camera’s Wi-Fi but it still records.Vids are one minute each(have hundreds of vids before their over written) each vid about 95MB.Overall great just drive and forget the cam is there. Beats using my old iPhone 8 as a dash cam lol.

I wanted a Small affordable Dashcam and chose this one based on the good Amazon reviews and I wasn't disappointed. As it does everything it says on the Amazon description. I was so impressed, I purchased another one for my son's car.It looks and feels well made and it's easy to set up and run. Downloading the JarvisCam App and connecting my Smart Phone presented no problems and there is even a small plastic lever tool to help me conceal the cable in the car's trim. Once in place with a Mico SD Card inserted (not included in the kit) and connected with the supplied cable it came on with no problem when the ignition was turned on. I then loaded the App on the iPhone and the screen then shows what the camera is seeing and I could also alter any available settings.The video is of excellent quality both night and day. I could download the videos to my iPhone or remove the SD Card and dowload them to my Laptop which I found was quicker and more convenient.Included in the kit are 2 x Electrostatic windscreen stickers and 2 x 3M double sided stickers for mounting the Dashcam. I've used one and kept the other as a spare in case I need to move the Dashcam in the future. The Seller has posted up some useful videos about every aspect of setting up and using the Dashcam which you will receive links to after you have purchased the Camera.I required a USB Type-C cable for one of the Cameras and had to contact Customer Support for advice. They replied very quickly and a cable was despatched totally free of charge.Al in all, I am more than satisfied both with the Cameras and the after-sales from Customer Support and wouldn't hessitate to give this camera my recommendation to anyone who wants a low cost, quality Dashcam which is small enough to be discretely hidden behind the rearview mirror.

My wife got a new car and needed a dash cam, but wanted one that was fairly small and discrete. After lots of searches and checking reviews, this seemed to fit what we wanted perfectly. Fitted it in the car, routed all the wires so they are hidden (note: the car is a Seat Ibiza 73-plate and the 12V adaptor is under the centre arm rest so a bit further away than on most other cars, which affected the positioning on the windscreen especially if routing the cable so it is hidden). Simple to connect to your phone via an app, and then you can see everything on the phone via the camera. Clear, concise image and would recommend this to friends and family. Needed a replacement 3M sticker as was messing around getting the best position on the windscreen, so contacted support and they responded straight away and resolved the issue, so cannot fault their support in any way either. Deserving of 5 stars :-)

I was looking for a cheap dash cam to use as a rear dash cam. This Bestee unit far exceeded my expectations. It doesn't have GPS but you can have a timestamp watermark.I have an Android device and I needed to download the JarvisCam app. Watch out for a similarly named app 'JavisCam' in the Play Store. This isn't the same and doesn't work for this dash cam. Just scan the QR code on (in my case) page 7 of the user manual to download the correct app from the Play Store.When I fitted this dash cam in the car, the image was upside down and there was no way to flip the image in the software of hardware. Not a huge problem, but I emailed the company suggesting they add a flip feature in any forthcoming firmware update. Within a few hours, I received new firmware from them which flipped the image. I'm very impressed by the customer support.All-in-all, I would certainly recommend this dash cam to friends and family.

The quality of the image is really very good, even at night considering the very small size of the camera. I was very happy with the kit but not so fond of it only showing & recording on the phone app so if you're on your own you can't use your phone for sat nav and camera at the same time, or music & camera, calls & camera - basically it's camera & nothing else. Ideal if you have 2 phones, or more than one person with a phone but limiting otherwise. If I'd realised that I wouldn't have bought it actually. But if you're fine with that it's a really great bit of kit!
