Creatine is the supplement for muscle building and daily life it is the most research most affective and most cheap but if you are taking creating with added flavour it has natural sweeteners and natural sweeteners are meant to be disturb the digestion so you might have bloating problem so if you have it I will tell you to take normal UN flavoured creatine it has less effect on your stomach take it on 3 to 5 grams per day you will be okay and you will see the results in 3 weeks. It has no major side effects for taking long term it is more beneficial if you take it for long term unlimited doses of 3 to 5 grams daily

As a businessman , i really don't have much time to workout. But the sessions i go for, i do really intense exercise. I was feeling fatique so I thought about trying creatine for faster results and recovery and Muscle Asylum Creatine has definitely provided me with that. Pros of Muscle Asylum Creatine: Amazing flavouring- I took the orange flavour and I mix it with my pea protein before my workout. The pea protein has really bad taste but with the creatine orange flavour, i live it now. Amazing Mixability- I don't know why people are having issues with mixing, my pre workout mixed really well. And being micronized helps alot. Amazing Results- Right from the beginning, i could feel a burst of energy, i could lift HEAVIER weights, Pushmore REPS and even RECOVERY at a fast pace. No muscle soreness anymore. ADDITIONAL POSTIVE REVIEW: The package included a free trail pack of pre-workout. That was amazing as well, when I tried it, i could feel tingling and energetic within 5mins. CONS: NONE.... YAP , NO CONS OR SIDE-EFFECTS . JUST REMEMBER TO DRINK ALOT OF WATER WHEN YOU ARE TAKING CREATINE. THANKS MUSCLE ASYLUM FOR THIS AMAZING PRODUCT.

Just got it. I bought the orange flavour. Tastes great. Scoop provided. One serving is 3g of Creatine. Total 62 servings present in one bottle. Looks good so far. Nutrition says zero calories but it tastes sweet so I'm unsure about that. Will do a long term update once I've used it for atleast a month. Update: Product was good. Felt good improvement in endurance in the gym. The flavored was too sweet so ordered unflavored powder this time. Product is good
