Vball 5 Liquid Ink Rollerball 0.5 mm tip (Box of 12) - Blue

For those who know some of the range of Pilot pens, my usual favourite is the V5 - gives a seriously fine line and has a distinctive 'prong' nib. That's what I tend to use... But with children needing school pens and me wanting to make sure that they write with something decent, the V5 has that basic problem of being totally knackered by ever being dropped on its nib. Bent prong = dead pen. This is the solution. The VBall or VB5 seems as solid as any conventional pen but writes much more like the V5. Actually, it's probably a bit smoother-flowing than the V5 and feels slimmer in the hand. It's ideal as a high quality school pen. I bought a box of 12 because they worked out at about £1.25 each. Usual single-pen cost is about £2 each.

My dad used to occasionally bring these home from work and always loved them for righting but I never new exactly which type/model they were. Really happy to have finally found out what type and somewhere to buy them from. Great value for money considering the quality.
