Love the firmness of the bristles compared to other products. But I find that overtime mold/film builds up inside the brush heads within a few weeks. It can be easily cleaned out, but still unappealing. More likely a design flaw, but overall the brush heads are worth the price.

We've used this toothbrush for a couple of years and really like it. Of course, the refills (brushes only) are fairly cost prohibitive. Enter Amazon Subscribe & Save. Now I don't need to worry about hunting down these refills (sometimes hard to find and expensive too). I just hit that subscribe button every couple of months. Quick delivery, GREAT price. Voila !
