Vendor PC Online for the Win! HP & Microsoft held me hostage for the product I just bought!
PC Online shipped overnight and in less than 18 hours I was unboxing the laptop. Exactly what I ordered in perfect condition. As far as Microsoft and HP - less happy. I bought this to just run my CNC machine. I didn't need Office, my configurations from my other computers, music, phone support, fingerprint ID, and registered into my MS account. This cost me hours of set up time that I didn't want to spend to just use the laptop. The hardware works like a champ - the software hoops to become a mark for HP/Microsoft horrible!

Defective product
This laptop, what's defective? And according to h.P. It's not uncommon for these computers to have non. HP part installed on them for reasons unknown, but I would stay away from this at all. Costs and buy this computer directly from h. P.

This is a larger laptop with a larger screen that makes it easier to see. It is easy to use and set up. The keyboard is a good quality and it looks very expensive. Itโs worth the price

It does what its suppose to do
This laptop is fast, easy to use and the quality is alright. Delivery was also quick. The only problem so far is the battery life is too short and the amount of storage was misleading in the product information. I believe its still worth the money.

It's fast!
This exact spec HP laptop comes in 2 sizes, the 15.6" screen, and a 17.3". I upgraded to this HP from a gamer laptop that was beginning to frustratingly slow down and glitch after about 10 years of use. I compared this i7 HP right next to another HP that was equipped with an i5 8GB processor. Both were fast navigating to/around websites, but this i7 16GB was ridiculously quick and was exactly what I was looking for. I spend a lot of time on my home laptop navigating to high-traffic websites and apps for downloading music, watching shows, shopping, etc. For less than $1000 I found a laptop that fills all the gaps; lightweight, battery holds a charge, screen is crisp, colors are vibrant, perfect balance of device ports, and it's FAST ๐
