The various strap adjustments allow you to wear this as you shrink while you work out without immediately needing to switch to a lower size which makes this perfect for the gym! Well copied from brand in USA named "she fit" m regular user of she fit since 5 yrs but as said nakal me bhi akal chahiye ..it's nowhere a good sports bra for high impact exercises..not useful for PPL with large chest area ..it's not bounce free no exercises can be done with this it's as good as lounge bra for sleep . Does not serve purpose of sports bra for doing basic exercise not even burpees..it spills ur breast out so no point of having it on . material seems good on touching but after washing it's too loose chain quality n belt quality not good . Belts truns up or opens up inspite of buying larger size than normal ones . Nevertheless it doesn't serve people with purpose of keeping ur chest intact during workout never being a repeat coustmer . Instead of naming do it all they should rather name it none at all 👍
