Qualatex 11" Neon Assortment Latex Balloons (100ct)

I purchased two bags. What i didn't like is that it only had 4 neon blue balloons in each bag. I thought the amount of balloons would be around the same with each color. Some of the balloons had like a white stain. I puchased the balloons to make a picture frame but i had to add other colors because the bags didn't have an even or close to an even amount of balloon for each color. There's more neon orange & neon purple. I didnt use the blue neon balloons because there wasn't enough, so I had to use a royal blue.

Not really the most Neon balloons I've ever seen but definitely a great quality. Put these in a balloon arch with some cheap balloons and they deflated but these are still going strong 24 hrs later

The balloons arrived a bit sooner than expected and great quality of balloons. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because this pack is not 100% as advertised. It only comes in 6 colors WITHOUT the neon yellow as shown in the pictures.

The colors were perfect but some balloons came defective. Fortunately the seller respond to us quickly and took care of it.

They looked great under the black light. They were a little difficult to tie. All in all great balloons
