A good camera when working but big ongoing issue is when the camera is plugged in it randomly disconnects, it started happening 30 minutes after I connected it now it's working then a few hours disconnecting, Wi-fi connection all good on phone and in house but camera is not reliable and camera keeps connecting, should not be happening, only got the camera 5 weeks ago

Avoid this company, the camera was perfectly ok until the last app update which forces multiple adverts onto you Read the latest reviews on the App Store Get a noise alert? Open the app and be prepared to have to wait for an advert to play out before you can exit it and actually see your camera So if your child is crying, you have a burglary going on, your dog is barking - you just have to wait I’ve just had to do this and restart three times as the cross in the corner that should close the advert only brought up the App Store for whatever it was advertising Three times, it’s not my clumsy fingers! Once you get through there will be at least one further advertisement on the homepage I paid for this product Shameful company, also not interested in customers, you just get the standard script and no help

I feel to be the only have having problems after problems with this product. an issue where the wifi need to support 2.4 and had to sort it out via customer support after downloading 2 apps on the side to see frequency etc. took 2hrs just to get it up and running.. After a couple of days camera doesn’t want to view live feed unless on wifi. (Im on 4g|5g max signal) i can restart the cam and log in and out via data .. can receive notifications via data but not view live feed. Make that make sense.. Customer support directed me to restart device and clear cache, restart router and connect device to NOTHING WORKS. And wanted to see how strong my signal is via a link the shows my ip address everything.. might as well ask for my door number and ring the bell tbh! Just to say the ipv6 on my phone network which the camera doesn't support so i have to contact my network to remove it. WHATS THAT ABOUT? I dont even know what that is. In all honestly this is my third baby cam of a different brand and all having issue with what the camera allows or support before Working .. So will be returning this item. And hope u have a better experience than I have cos clearly its just mine.

I brought two of these in October as i was expecting a baby. Baby was born on the 12th of this month. I set the camera up around a week ago after spending 5 days in hospital and the charging port has collapsed! We only unplugged it, which shouldnt of effected the use/quality of the product. Absolutely gutted as the camera was fantastic! Exactly what we needed! Would of given 5 stars with no question had the camera not of broken so quickly!

This camera turned out to be useless to me as it refused to connect to 5G wi-fi network and asked to switch to 2.4. In my building wi-fi is provided centrally and I do not have access to router so unable to user 2.4 network. Complete waste of time and utter disappointment. I should have read the negative review here first but sure it should be clearly noted in the product description as there are lot of people who cannot change the type of network they were going to use with these cameras.

Got the camera as my old one (same brand) gave up after 2 years, this one however has just been about 2 weeks and given up, picture has streaks all over it and doesn't record, (yea I have a memory card installed) I contacted little elf directly, they never got back to me as they said it should be fine, I want an explanation why it's given up after such a short period of time and has this affected others, really not happy, I'll be switching to another brand from now on

Latest app update now longer can be opened on my iPad, makes camera completely usless. Worked well before app update

I looked up the company after purchasing. I had noticed that this was not available within their lifestyle app and would not show up on wifi, and none of the other options similar in design would work or connect either. When I looked up the company, it said nothing along the lines of little elf. And the chat bot is in another language to the website, suddenly asking me for my email. Nope. I downloaded the pdf user manual: my model did not exist. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
