What does 11 point mean.

I think it has to do with the weight of the card stock used for the folders. If you look at the comparison of Smead folders lower on the product page, you'll see a mention of 14-point, and only one of the folders is that. For what it's worth, these supertab folders aren't doubled at the top, so the tab part may feel flimsy if you're used to the others.
