They were very good but I bought too many. I would like to know how long they last if they're kept in an airtight container.

Made impressive looking and tasty canapes
All cases were usable when they arrived, although a few had quite low edges. I had a variety of fillings: 1) salmon, leek and chive in cream and egg 2) roast Mediterranean vegetables with feta 3) mint and basil pea puree with parmesan. I made sure the drier fillings (2 and 3) went in the low edged cases. All fillings looked attractive and were easy to display as assorted platefuls with edible flower and herb sprig garnishes. Took me about 2 hours to make fillings and fill 192, including cooking time. Each case holds about one teaspoonful of filling, so they really are amuse bouches/ bite size. Lots of nice comments about them. I would buy them again.
