defective prouduct
The item is defective and not working at all. The package was handed over to security and o was out of station. By the time I was back and could check the item the return window closed. The product is useless to me and total waste of me. Customer care says they can’t help. No way to contact the seller . Highly disappointed .

Solved my pupose
Was skeptical first, checked all reviews but my usecase was not mentioned. As my use was not with TV but with 32 inch LG monitor (model 32MN58H) with remote number AKB74915380, Thought to take a chance, In existing remote only volume button was working. I checked this new one all expected buttons are working, obviously not those which are not relevant to my monitor like Netflix etc. Important buttons for was Qmenu, input change- Hdmi and volume . Happy with purchase. Will update here about the longevity, quality of the product. As my original LG remote which came with monitor worked for 3 months only without any use.(Possibly it was damaged due to moisture) have wrapped this new remote in polythene. Let's see. Will update here in future for others to help to make informed decision.

Great replacement
Build quality is not that good but you get what you get at this price point. Initially the remote was not working, I came across youtube video which recommended to press power button for 30 sec without batteries and pressing all other button once. Replace the batteries that came with the pack could work as well

Parfait, s'adapte bien à ma télé, mes fonction des touche option fonctionne bien. (Pilote même mon Apple tv donc besoin que d une télécommande pour piloter l ensemble 👍)
