Nice product

It's a wonderful product.. with stored old Hindi songs, as well as with bluetooth and USB connectivity, it can be connected with any other device. Plus it also has AM/FM Radio facility, which makes it even better!

Great product. A few things to consider - FM is not working properly. Bluetooth gets disconnected automatically when we change videos/songs. Sound quality is not that great though but I like it because of preloaded songs.

I purchased the Saregama Carvaan Mini Hindi 2.0 in July 2024, and within just 13 months (barely one month after warranty expiry) the device completely stopped working. When I raised a complaint, I was charged Rs 300 as visiting charges, only to be told that the motherboard is damaged and I would need to pay Rs 650 for replacement. On top of that, the technician informed me that I must also buy a specific charger for Rs 300, otherwise the motherboard could get damaged again. Nowhere on the product page or in the package was it ever mentioned that a specific charger is required for safe usage. If the product is so sensitive, the charger should have been included by default or at least clearly communicated upfront. This feels like hiding critical information from the customer, leading to extra and avoidable expenses. A music player should not fail within a little over a year, especially when positioned as a nostalgic, reliable product. This experience reflects poor product quality and a lack of customer-centricity. Instead of delighting customers, the brand seems to be fleecing them with hidden costs and repairs. I hope Saregama takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both product durability and transparency. Otherwise, loyal customers like me will lose trust in the brand.

Excellent product must buy

shed but emotionally distant. Others are full of feeling but lack craft. This one, interestingly, sits somewhere in between in a very sincere way. What stood out first was the emotional range. One poem remembers college love in almost cinematic detail. There’s nostalgia, innocence, and then heartbreak. It felt like watching a memory unfold rather than reading a constructed poem. I kept thinking about how many of us carry that one unfinished story inside. Then there are the poems dedicated to daughters. As a reader, I found those especially moving. There’s pride, tenderness, vulnerability. Not the stereotypical strong, stoic father. But a father who misses. Who aches. Who remembers. The language leans heavily into classical Urdu imagery: moon, stars, mehfil, wafa, dard, zulfen. If you grew up listening to old ghazals or reading traditional shayari, you’ll feel at home. At times, I did feel that the imagery was familiar. Not repetitive exactly, but rooted in tradition. Some readers might wish for more contemporary metaphors. But then I reminded myself, this is a poet shaped by a different era. And there’s something comforting in that continuity. I also appreciated the philosophical pieces. The poem “safar” reflects on life as a long journey with very few resting points. That one stayed with me. The idea that we search for shade all our lives, but often walk alone. It’s simple. But true. Structurally, the book is not rigid. It flows like a diary of years. That has its charm, though at times I wished for slightly clearer thematic grouping. It would have made the reading experience smoother. But maybe the scattered feeling mirrors life itself.

I was really hesitant in buying this. But i am more then pleased to have it. just received it tdy. its a small box with loud volume and amazing collection of songs! I am in love with this product. Thanks

The product was good and as expected

I bought this as a father's day gift for my dad becuase he is a fan of music - he loves it! Just wished it had a display for the radio stations - i don't know what channel I am on and whether it is am or fm radio.

The sound is just superb and I have got so many compliments about this cute speaker and love all the pre-loaded bollywood melodies. The battery life is not as good though so I have given only 2 stars for Battery Life! But I just love this super cute mini speaker and its so portable. I just pop it in my handbag when I travel :-) Definitely recommend it.
