Domo DO9047W/N waffle machine (1400 watts, for extra thick square Belgian/Brussels waffles)

Positives: Heats up quickly, within a 3-4 minutes and cooks the waffles in around 6 min for sweet waffles and 9min for savory. They're nice and crispy and cooked evenly. The plates are none stick and easy to clean. It's not too big so fits nicely in the cupboard. Negative: the lid is a little wobbly but it doesn't affect the waffles. A circular option would be nice.

This is an excellent waffle maker! I could not wish for better one especially for the price ! I have made lots of different varieties of waffles (gluten free, vegetable ) always with an excellent outcome! Never stuck to the surface, always beautifully cooked and crispy! I strongly recommend this product!

We've tried a few cheap waffle makers before — skip those and go straight for this one. With 1400W power, it heats up quickly and makes perfect waffles every time. The non-stick surface works great — waffles come out easily without mess. Build quality is solid, especially for the price.

It is great. For many yers I had a VonShef waffles maker and it was good for the price but it was taking long for the waffels to be done and always one side was better that the other. With Domo one the process is much quicker and the waffles are nice on both sides. So far it is great.

Such a great waffle maker! Enjoying making waffles and eating them so much as it is not boiling them but baking them properly. Worth to buy definitely

Fantastic. I did try few waffle machines. Always not happy with the result. This one is absolutely outstanding. I am not sure if the timer work properly, but the waffles are delicious and it takes up around 3 min while they are ready. Highly recomended.

Feeling disappointed. This machine is much smaller than you'd think however this is my fault for not looking at measurements. However it's made of plastic and very flimsy. The lid on my unit wobbles from side to side and doesn't sit nicely on the machine at all. I tightened the screws but didn't help. For the price I expected a bit more quality really. There are £20 waffle makers out there that are probably better. Second unit delivered as a replacement for the first faulty one. Unbelievably the knob is broken off the front in the box. Two faulty waffle makers! I still haven't got one that works.

Je ne regrette pas du tout mon achat! Enfin nous pouvons manger des gaufres gonflées et croustillantes! Un vrai bonheur. En plus il est petit et ne prend pas de place. Attention toutefois si vous avez de jeunes enfants car le couvercle du gaufrier est très chaud pendant l'utilisation. Petit mais très efficace. Je recommande.

Funciona de maravillas. Llevo años haciendo gofres, he pasado por varias gofreras, y esta es la mejor con diferencia para hacer gofres de Lieja (los que se hacen con levadura fresca, con una masa como de pan). Se puede regular la temperatura, deja los gofres con un dorado uniforme, no quema el azúcar perlado, sino que solo lo carameliza. Me gusta tanto que he comprado 4 como esta, yo tengo dos y he regalado otras dos. La limpieza, como en cualquier gofrera, cuesta un poco por la forma, pero se limpia bien dentro de lo que cabe con un poco de agua caliente y pasando un paño húmedo. La tengo desde hace tiempo y sigue funcionando igual de bien. No la engraso ni nada para usarla, el antiadherente funciona perfecto.

Am Montag Vormittag bestellt, am Dienstag Nachmittag erhalten und am Mittwoch Nachmittag gebacken. Nachdem ich das Waffeleisen ausgepackt habe, war ich angenehm überrascht, wie kompackt dieses Waffeleisen ist. Wenn man den Deckel öffnet, wackelt er ein wenig in den Schanieren. Das stört aber nicht weiter. Der Gesamteindruck dieses Waffeleisens ist aber als hochwertig einzustufen. Die Bachflächen wirken sehr robust und der Temperaturschalter rastet in jeder verschiedenen Stufe hörbar ein. Vor dem ersten Backen habe ich das Waffeleisen ersteinmal auf höchster Stufe ohne irgendwelche Zusätze erhitzt. Dabei entstand eine mäßige und etwas übelriechende Rauchentwicklung. Das ist aber ganz normal, da so die Fertigungsrückstände verbrannt werden. Nach einer kurzen Abkühlzeit mit einem feuchten Tuch reinigen. So, endlich kann es losgehen. Den Temperatutschalter stellte ich zum Testen erst einmal einen Strich über die mittlere Stellung. Die rote Lampe leuchtet immer auf und zeigt nur an, das der Waffelautomat in Betrieb ist. Die grüne Lampe leuchtet auf, sobald die voreingestellte Temperatur ereicht ist. Wenn also die grüne Lampe leuchtet Waffeleisen auf, leicht einfetten und Teig hinein. Ich habe soviel Teig eingefüllt, dass die Waffelnester fast plan gefüllt sind. Anschließend den Deckel schließen, die grüne Lampe geht nun wieder aus. Sobald die grüne Lampe wieder leuchtet, sind die Waffeln fertig. Die ersten beiden sollte man aus hygienischen Gründen lieber entsorgen falls doch noch Fertigungsrückstände an den Waffeln haften sollte. Die Waffeln lassen sich spielend leicht ablösen. Sie sind wunderbar aufgegangen und ganz luftig locker geworden. So, wie ich Sie liebe. Wärend des Backens ist kein bisschen Teig ausgetreten. Das Waffeleisen ist von innen und außen sehr sauber geblieben. Nach dem abkühlen eben noch mit einem feuten Tuch durchwischen und fertig ist es für den nächsten Gebrauch. Fazit: Das Ergebnis hat mich total überzeugt und ich würde dieses Waffeleisen jeden, der gerne lockere und luftige Waffeln isst empfehlen. Handhabung, Qualität und Geschmack haben mich überzeugt. Und nun viel spass beim Waffeln backen. Update nach nun 7 Jahren im Gebrauch. Das Waffeleisen ist immer noch in einem tadellosen Zustand und die Waffeln werden immer noch perfekt. Da bleibt nichts anhaften oder dergleichen. Bin immer noch von diesem Produkt überzeugt. So gut 👍 wie am ersten Tag und das nach 7 Jahren Gebrauch. Top.
