As soon as I received I kept in freezer and it was fantastic when I thaw and cut in small cubes the next day , I marinated and cooked till golden brown added veggies and sauces and it was yummy

Temperature not maintained during transit
Transit took very long. Included was an ice pack but it would have heated to ambient temperature in just a few hours. Ships from Chennai, so long distance customers would be well advised to avoid.
