Little size issue height is little less. While comfort is good

The bed sagged on both the left and right edges within just one month due to poor quality. This has caused severe back pain for my family. I have raised multiple complaints continuously over the past six months (starting from the first month itself), but there has been no proper response or understanding of the issue. Never buy this product unless you want to end up spending money on hospital visits and dealing with serious back pain.
