I love Dang toasted coconut chips! They are always fresh and delicious. They are toasted to perfection, so they’re slightly crispy but never burnt or hard. They have a nice texture and are the perfect thickness, as they’re easy to crunch up with your hand (e.g., to crumble over a yogurt bowl) or eat whole. They smell like delicious toasted coconut. The toasting helps bring out their coconut flavor. They are a good value for the money, especially compared to other competitors.

This was purchased to put on top of an Easter coconut cake. I splurged a bit on this, instead of the usual flakes I used to use for a good reason. Those tiny flakes were mainly for aesthetic purposes. Now, dang coconut shreds are absolutely pure, not processed and generously sized. They looked beautiful on the cake as well as tasted delicious. The flavors of the buttercream frosting and coconut dang blended harmoniously. I had some left over so I ate it by the handful and it was such a treat in my greek yogurt, plus it added a crunchy texture, which is one I always crave. The only reason I didn’t give this product 5 stars is that I found it a bit pricey. That won’t stop me from purchasing it again and again though. If you love coconut, chances are very high that you will love this natural product that you can feel good eating and giving to your family.
