Awesome product
This laptop is a great investment, the touchscreen works awesome and the fingerprint (not in the description) works great. Great use for gaming and business work, and the picture quality is great.

Happy I ordered
I have never ordered a laptop online but was in desperate need since my laptop just died one day and I use it for work. I have had many Dell laptops and this one did not disappoint. I have now been using it for over a year with no problems. It is lightweight for carrying around and the charge stays for hours.

PERFECT QUALITY
The media could not be loaded. I am a reseller of these and this laptop is in brand new mint condition... I will definitely be back for more. Device has all modern hardware and is super fast but I must stress The Gade A+ quality of this device.

Broke Twice in First 5 Months - Had to Send to Dell for Repair
Laptop purchased new Feb. 27, 2024.UPDATE - June 2024 - Microphone stopped working. Hours online with foreign speaking, heavily accented tech support (difficult to understand) when computer had problems....online support unable to repair. Sent back to factory under warranty . Dell replaced microphone and motherboard. When unit was returned, volume control didn't work....another online tech support call who got that working.UPDATE - 7/28/2024 - speakers have now stopped working and cursor disappears. Not a good laptop. Really wishing I had made a different choice.UPDATE - 8/6/2024 - Opened the computer today and the hinge broke. Unable to close the laptop. Sending back to Dell. This laptop was a costly mistake. SENDING BACK TO DELL THE 2ND TIME FOR REPAIR.UPDATE - 8/20/2024 - After initially denying the warranty claim, they ultimately agreed to fix it. Today received email indicating repair parts are backordered, no estimate of when parts will be available. Writing letter to corporate headquarters requesting it be replaced with a new machine.UPDATE - 8/27/2024 - Received email from Dell repair depot. Called them. They want to reinstall operating system which will wipe out all saved data. Gave them permission to reinstall operating system. No estimate of when repairs will be complete. Sent lpriority mail etter to Dell CEO requesting this machine be replaced with a new computer. This machine is undependable.UPDATE - 9/5/2024 - Received laptop from Dell repair....approx one month after it was sent for repair the 2nd time. Hinge replaced, stiffer than ever. Reinstalled operating system and replaced various parts. All data and all programs lost....thankfully had backed them up. Having to reinstall all programs for the THIRD TIME. NO RESPONSE FROM DELL CEO/HEADQUARTERS RE LETTER SENT. REQUESTING REPLACEMENT LAPTOP Sending followup letter. Have no faith in this laptop. Duirng this latest repair the person with whom I spoke was difficult to understand due to extremely strong foreign accent. Plan to purchase another laptop, just not a Dell.

First day, Thoroughly Enjoying My New Laptop!!
I have only been using my new laptop for five hours but I am in "heaven". I almost spent more, but did consult with someone who is vrey knowledgeable about computers. He looked at my options list I built in Lists and asked me a few questions and suggested this computer, which was the least expensive. I am extremely pleased!!! I'll report back if I have issues!!A bonus was my delivery was one day early!

No backlit keyboard - bummer!
I like the computer, in general, but I thought the specs on Amazon said that it had a backlit keyboard. That's one reason I forked out almost $500 for this baby. I'm kind of upset, actually, about this and I'm thinking of returning it because of that. Now I guess I have to delete all my info off of it and will I have to pay a restocking fee? I hope not! It's only about a week old, at most.
