I got it because I am diabetic and was looking for a way to check my blood sugar and not do the traditional finger pokes. I am not really impressed with that feature of the watch. However it has more features than a basic Fitbit and that makes it worth the money. I give it about a B average over all. If you want a "smart watch" and your resources are limited, this product is for you. If you want a way to check your blood sugar, keep right on looking.

I thought the meter is better than the others I have. I wish it would display glucose readings as mg/dL instead of mmol/L

Some functions work well but don’t count on accuracy. For instance: the glucose level has about four settings all between 6.0 and 6.9. Presumably on the a1c scale, but not necessarily what’s happening in the body. The body temp seems fairly accurate. The blood oxygen reads are not. BO reads are ballpark. But it is a lovely watch and keeps accurate time.

The watch keeps time, tracks heart rate, measures blood pressure with close accuracy to stand alone BP monitor. It doesn't accurately measure blood glucose as compared to continuous glucose monitor. It doesn't track sleep. I don't use the app. The battery life is 48 to 72 hours which is short.

Blood glucose monitor us scan. Also does not provide units in US acceptable units. Reports UK units. That too way off or same value plus minus 10 all rhe time. No reading of real blood glucose

Not sure of accuracy. Compared to traditional methods of measuring quite a bit of difference 20% for glucose and blood pressure

I really wanted to love this watch. I like the style and I like the look. It's well designed and comfortable to wear. I gave it considerable time to see if it was accurate, and unfortunately the watch I received isn't accurate at all. For me, the least accurate functions are the blood pressure measurement and the blood glucose measurement. Even the step counter doesn't get it right. All of these functions are way off and exceptionally misleading. My blood glucose measurements with the watch can be 60 points (US system) lower than the result from a finger stick blood test. That's just not helpful to me. I hope the company can improve the accuracy of this watch, because otherwise it's very nice, comfortable, and good looking.
