Good design and quality

Service by amazon is harassment to customer. I had raised a return request for defective product. Not only they are delaying and denying the pickup but also not sending back the refund. They are deliberately selling a defective product to customer and not taking any action. Suggestion do not but any further, i had got another furniture for which amazon was supposed to arrange for a carpenter. No one from their team reached. After sales of amazon is absolutely third class and useless. The color of product is not as shown in image. Also the product does seems to go through quality check as the counter top was not aligned and slant which beats the whole purpose of a table.
