Great toothpaste - been using for years and love it. Always makes mouth feel fresh. Be aware you should rinse and scrape your tongue because the zinc will make things taste weird later on.

This is the one and only toothpaste- and mouth wash by the way, that takes away Really bad smelly breath. My husband had horrible breath and I no longer want to get near him or kiss him. Then I found out about this when it use to be 6 dollar a tube. Holly Cow! IT worked. His crappy Breath- Gone. It's been years and this is the only brand we use. Worth every Penny.

I switched from regular Colgate/ generic toothpaste to diy which was night and day but a component of the diy stained my teeth so I tried this out and for me this toothpaste is way better than the generic and had whitened my teeth slowly but surely. It's gentle, good taste without being overpowering. Also the aftertaste affect is reduced by at least half.
