Does the L-wrench clip into the tool somehow or is it just carried loose in the pouch?

I think it just sits in the pouch from what I remember, I gave it to my son, so can't check, but a nice bit of kit.

will this take normal driver bits like used in drills etc or does it need special bits?

Tried it with a variety of Stanley and Maplin 6mm hex bits and it worked fine. The bits are 14mm deep with a notch 8mm from the base to hold them in the wrench, it uses a spring clip to fasten them (as opposed to a magnet).

should there be any play in the tools the blade is the only one wich seems solid
