( if you don't then the Egg will come out from the bottom of the mold ) Put some oil, better if used Spray oil. crack an egg, then slowly pour some of the egg white. this will allow the edges to seal off. ( you will get a hang of it, there maybe some leakage in the beginning. ) Don't blame the product in case if you don't get it wrong. It is a simple egg mold and you have to learn how to use it. Then pour the rest of the egg into the mold. ( don't pour all the egg at the same time, you have to do it slowly or it will leak from the bottom of the mold ) Cover the pan with a lid and reduce the heat. this will allow the egg to cook evenly. Some suggest pouring a few drop of water around the pan to create steam. that is also an option. Colors may vary and we do not offer color selection.
