Studio Ghibli Songs

This CD is a great selection of songs from the first few Studio Ghibli films - Nausicaa to Princess Mononoke. They're all songs with vocal parts, so not really soundtrack music but most are still very memorable songs from these wonderful films.

Purchased as a second item for a birthday gift to go with the New edition songs. Birthday girl was very very happy

This is only downside for me is track listings is in Japanese and being English it a guessing game as to which film or what the track is called Other than this It truly beautiful but my only wish was that arrietty was on this but sadly it not .

Quality and an original print to boot

This CD is an amazing collection of original studio Ghibli songs used in a selection of some of their best films. some of the songs include, kimi wo nosete with the original singer and orchestra from the film, laputa, as well as songs from kiki's delivery service, nausicaa, on your mark and others!! I couldn't find any of these original songs anywhere including itunes, hmv etc. this is really worth buying if you're are a fan of studio Ghibli!

I loved this compilation of image songs. Image songs have vocals! This is my second copy. While this album is excellent, the Studio ghibli songs with the blue cover and Totoro facing left has more and recent songs. I would still recommend this album as long as it’s available. Beware, as this album has been bootlegged.
