Building Construction Handbook

for any student and new person to construction i would highly recommend that you purchase this book.

Fantastic reference resource when I was self-building/converting. As a non-builder/tradesman I needed a simple reference of all the processes and build-ups, jargon etc. used by my architect and builder as well as a resource to use to lookup *possibilities*; how problems could be solved or what cheaper alternative solutions are available.I've since bought a copy for a mate who's also self-building.

I advice this book to all architects and students who are willing to work and get the best in an anglosaxon context
