L'Oreal Paris Elvive Total Repair 5 Protein Recharge Leave In Conditioner Treatment and Heat Protectant, 5.1 Ounce

This leave-in is a game changer for dry or over-processed hair. The Elvive Protein Recharge not only leaves my hair soft and manageable, but it also acts as a heat protectant—which saves time and product layering. It’s lightweight, non-greasy, and makes detangling a breeze. After a few weeks of use, I noticed less breakage and smoother ends, especially after blow-drying or straightening. Bonus: it smells salon-fresh without being overpowering. For an affordable drugstore product, this performs like a high-end treatment.

I can't find this product in our local stores anymore, and so ordered it here. No other product compares to this one. It keeps my hair smooth and soft, and it's not greasy at all.

Love this product, it’s just what a need it to better my hair

... and I have changed my mind about this product. I towel dried my hair the first time and probably put too much of this leave-in conditioner in my hair. I recently tried putting a small amount in before towel drying, and my hair felt thicker after blow drying. I used a curling iron as usual, but it doesn't take the curl as well. But I used L'oreal Volume Shampoo and Conditioner the next time I washed my hair, and it made such a difference, having used the Protein Recharge before (last wash). My hair felt thicker and styled well. So, I do recommend this product. My all-time favorite was L'Oreal Elvive Total Repair 5 Rapid Reviver Deep Conditioner (rinse out version) that worked so well for my baby fine highlighted hair. The discontinued rinse-out version gave my hair so much body and helped tremendously with breakage, plus it had a pleasant light scent. L'Oreal Volume Shampoo and Conditioner system is pretty good, but the smell is overpowering to me, and it does build up, so I have to switch it out every other time with another shampoo and conditioner. I also tried L'Oreal Thickening Shampoo and Conditioner, but that made my hair staticky.

Definately helps my hair

Yet another one I tried to use for my fried hair. Cost effective and only helped somewhat.

Makes my hair soft. It's hard to find hair products with protein. Smells good too. Wish the tube was bigger.
