great use for high school and middle school students
I am a pastor and I used these boards to give a physical demonstration of what BREAKTHROUGH looks like. I asked students to visualize what they wanted to have a breakthrough in in their lives and they went ahead and punch through the boards. These worked exceptionally well. Comes highly recommended

Great for testing you Strength
I love the board. I use it to teach and show my nephew them how to break the board. And use for martial arts stuff as well. Overall great board to test your strength.
