Having used this stuff for more than a few weeks I've seen a difference in my ability to focus. I started out with and am still taking 2 pills and an energy drink every morning but that's just cause I have a high tolerance for caffeine and usually have around 300mg every 5 hours if my day is busy and either physically or mentally taxing. I can't attest to it working for everyone because everyones body is different, but id say this one is worth a try.

I have been taking these pills for a few days now. The first day I took two. I didn't really notice any difference. The second day I took one in the morning. I was able to accomplish everything I had set out to do that day. To my surprise, they do make your urine green because the blue comes out of you. Be careful if you can't swallow the pill right away they will turn your mouth blue! I tried dissolving the pill in water because I sometimes have a hard time swallowing pills. The pill didn't dissolve easily and the entire cup of water turned blue and when I went to drink it, to my horror my lips and tongue were stained blue. Normally caffeine keeps me up at night, but these pills don't affect my sleep whether I take one or two. They give me a nice boost of energy without making me feel jittery. After this bottle, I may just order another one.

I tried this product to have more memory and focus. I felt like it gave me more focus for like an hour or 2 before I needed to take another dose. This pills are small and have blue spackles in them. Easy to swallow and pretty but after taking a couple I had noticed my urine was blue.

Was hoping for something, not requiring a prescription, to assist me with undiagnosed ADHD. ADHD is sooo prevalent in my family, but I have been ignoring the symptoms for SOOO many years. This item DOES NOT do the trick I had hoped for. BTW...if you are using this, be aware that your urine will be green...don't panic!

This stuff works but it is powerful. Most things that work come with risks. If you are already taking dopamine reuptake inhibitors ex Wellbutrin, Ritalin, Adderall or antidepressants don't take this or talk to you doctor first (if you are taking any prescription meds you should consult md, or similar practitioner) and make sure if you have recently stopped such a prescription make sure it's out of your system 14 days or so before starting this you can have a potential life threatening hypertensive reaction. I suffer from fairly bad adhd most of the time, and I was looking for something to help with keeping more of a focused clear head but unfortunately it was not really any help. There weren’t any jitters. No crash. No focus or clarity. I can’t recommend these for anyone who has a considerable amount of struggles in this area.

I don't get distracted so easily and I feel more creative.Because English is my second language, sometimes I have trouble finding the right words to express my ideas, now when I take the pills I feel like I am more fluent and coherent.
