Great seasoning
Great on shrimp, chicken, pork, and burgers. Weber makes the best seasonings, and as a bonus, it's gluten free.

Exactly what I wanted
So, 25 years ago I used to buy barbeque flavored Shake and Bake. It is hard to find now, and knowing what I do about nutrition... not the best for you. But I love the flavor and the ease of it. So I decided to try this out and... it's excellent. I put about half of it in a bag. Added my rinsed, dried chicken drumsticks to it (5 of them). Shook it until they are covered and then sprayed each leg as I put them into the airfryer. 20 minutes on 375 later... perfection. Now I can get this for 2 dollars cheaper at my local grocery. But 2 bucks for delivery to my door, worth it. Overall I am pleased.
