FANTASTIC travel bag! It STAYS OPEN!!
Doctor’s Bag hinged openings have always been my go-to type of travel bags because you can see ALL of the contents - but now that we carry iPads, laptops etc those bags are hard to find - until now! Holy cow this thing is awesome! Tons of pockets, an interior pocket for an external battery with an outside port, so much room and HUGE water bottle/umbrella side pockets - it fits in my duffle (carry on hard body roller bag + carry on personal item duffle) and is great to grab just this one thing from my duffle to throw under the seat on a flight - and everything is visible and it stays open! Glory Hallelujah!! Thank you!! A couple of weeks ago as I was boarding a flight, two women ahead of me had the same backpacks! We talked about how much we loved them and how we felt “in the know” because these bags are so popular with flight attendants :0) What could make me buy another one of these bags before this one wears out? Big high quality black plastic zippers - would be a very cool elevated look and it would be super sturdy - AND a quilted nylon exterior fabric could be quite cool as well! Great bag for plane travel AND car travel - perfect all around!

My coffee doesn’t spill & I can carry EVERYTHING I need daily
This bag is the bag I’ve been searching for. I needed a functional bag, even that meant spending a couple hundred dollars just to get one that worked for me. Luckily I didn’t have to, as I much prefer to have a bag that doesn’t break the bank; yet is a well-made and stylish backpack (aka: extra spacious purse). I love that it has so much room in it yet from the outside it looks smaller than most backpacks. And it’s pretty. I love that it stands up on its own, I don’t have to worry about setting it down and then whoops... another spill in my bag or things falling out. It’s spacious spacious spacious; when I opened it I can actually see what’s in it, things don’t get lost in the great abyss of my every day purses. The main feature that I bought it for was the water bottles holders, it has two on the outside and one on the inside, although I must say if you have two on the outside the one on the inside is a little tight so I usually carry one on the outside one on the inside. I’m pretty sure this is the first bag/backpack that I’ve ever owned that I have carried my coffee in in which I did not spell it… Or at least not yet and I am fairly confident I can keep that up. Inside it has a pocket for my iPad and a padded pocket for my laptop (13 inch MacBook Pro). Also inside it has 3 other pockets; a mesh zipper pocket (which I put my iPhone Headphones in), and 2 other pockets that fit a large phone or similar size thingie. Outside has a fairly spacious zipper pocket as well; in which I carry lotion, lipstick, pens etc. I don’t know if it comes in other colors but I got the black one and it has a slight sheen to it yet doesn’t seem to collect dirt or dust, and it’s very sturdy and seems well-made. and as long as I’ve used it. The shoulder straps are adjustable and they have padding on them as to not dig into your shoulders… Unless of course you’re caring the kitchen sink, which I often do, yet it’s still been comfortable. But also I love the top handles that I can just grab as I am running out the door and then later toss it over my shoulders and wear it as a backpack The only thing I don’t use, nor know how to use or understand why it’s there is the USB port… Maybe it’s because I have one of those stupid new MacBook Pros and only has USB-C (ugh). Or maybe it’s because I’m lazy and don’t feel like looking up directions of what you do with that. So I just took the cable that’s inside down into the lining and that seems to be fine. I own so many bags and purses it could fill a walking closet, but this one is definitely the most functional while not being totally ugly, in fact it looks quite cute. And since it black, well, it goes with everything ( except my pink polkadotted bikini… Kidding, it totally goes with that too...lol).

Plastic zippers not metal
Very stylish bag and get compliments on it daily. Love the space inside and all the pickets are very nice. I love the way it opens up allowing for more space for my things. Material is soft and not too stiff, the zippers are plastic with metal travelers. The size is nice and seems to be pretty durable as well.

Pretty and more than efficient!
This backpack is the best! I have used it for traveling and for work. It holds my laptop and my tablet. It has plenty of room and stands upright when open. The opening is great and does not collapse. The straps do not hurt my shoulders. I used it to carry our things and my granddaughter’s must haves around New York City and it fit comfortably on my back! It is great quality and stylish! I 100% recommend this!

Amazing backpack but room for improvement
I ordered the larger size 15.6 inch model of this pack. It looks as cute in person as it does online, and I love having a bag that stands out from the typical tech backpack that everyone else has. This could be a 5 star backpack except for areas of improvement, which I'll list below: 1. The shoulder straps need to be way more padded and the design should be modified to be a bit more ergonomic. As they are they don't give that much support and are on the skinny side so if you have all of your electronics and other life essentials, you'll really feel it digging into your shoulders by the end of your commute. 2. The back-padding area has little to no breath-ability, so be prepared to have a bit of a sweat stain on your back by the time you get into the office. 3. The zipper ends on the large main compartment just stick straight out cause they have no where to go. In the next model of this consider adding snaps to each end to button down to the sides of the backpack. It's pretty standard on women's purses. A minor aesthetic change that would go such a long way. 4. It desperately needs a keychain leash in the smaller front pocket. Long enough so you can fish your keys out and open your door without unlatching from the leash. 5. DItch the silly USB port on the outside. It's completely necessary and a waste of plastic. Instead just have a pass-through slot so the cell phone cord can side into the main compartment and plug into a powerbank. I'm concerned about the quality of the cord and port that's in the bag right now, if/when it ever breaks I'm going to see if I can pull it out without ruining the bag. Now for the positives: 1. SUPER CUTE. No seriously, I love backpacks and it's taken me some time to find the correct commute/travel pack. I'm really happy with the overall look of this, besides the points described above. The bright blue interior lining is a great contrast to the black exterior. 2. Functionality - it has the right amount of interior organizational pockets and the large main compartment opens up wide enough so you can see everything without having to empty out your whole bag. Has dual outer side pockets for water bottle / umbrella. 3. Luggage strap on the back to slide over your carry on handle. This is a deal breaker for me now, so thank goodness this one has it. All in all, this is well worth the money. If they could implement the improvements I mentioned above I would happily pay twice the amount for the new version.

BEST TRAVEL BAG EVER!!! Buy this now, trust me I'm a Flight Attendant :)
I LOVE this bag!!! I've had it for a year and half now and it's still in great condition. I wanted to wait a bit to write a review to see how the bag held up. I am constantly using it as a Flight Attendant and it's held up amazing. I always get a ton of compliments on it and many people have bought it right away after seeing mine lol. Some of my favorite things about this bag is first the wide top. It's sooo nice because you can pretty much see everything in your bag when you open it. There is a ton a pockets for anything you could need. I just got a MacBook Air and it fits easily in there. If you are a fan of convenient pockets, this is the bag for you haha. The weight distribution is something I'm super impressed with this bag. I have a small frame and to carry a heavy backpack all over the country is something I'm not a fan of. But with this bag, all your stuff is distributed very well. Even if I have a lot of stuff in the bag, it has never felt heavy to me it's awesome! It also has a travel strap which is a must for me, so if I don't want to carry it on my back I can slide it right on my suitcase. I prefer to carry it on my back most of the time bc it does feel more heavy if you roll it around on top of your suitcase. I also have an additional strap with a hook in the middle of my bag that I can hang it on too when I'm not traveling with my food bag which feels great. Also the charger cord within in the bag is a MUST for me!!! It has a nice big pocket in the bag for my portable battery. You can put your phone in the side pocket while it's charging too for easy access. Now the one thing I will say is a tad bit annoying is the water bottle side pocket on the other side of the bag. I always have a lot of stuff in my bag so when I try to put a water bottle on the side, I usually have to move around stuff in the bag for the water bottle to fit since it's obviously protruding into the bag. But this is something I'm used to and literally the only thing about the bag that I'm not crazy about. If you are contemplating getting this bag, just get it!!! You will not be disappointed, it's such a nice bag and is so perfect for traveling! :)

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I absolutely love this backpack! Lots of space, hold a lot. Nice look to it as well, stylish. My favorite thing tho, it doesn't hurt my back or neck. I have neck & shoulder issues. I see a chiropractor once a week & massage once a week. I did notice a difference when using this bag compared to my last backpack. Yes, I realize that the chiropractic care & massages help, but I truly believe this has helped as well. The straps are padded & it keeps me upright as the other did not. I truly love this bag.

Exactly what I was looking for
Very roomy with lots of space. I can fit my laptop, portable monitor, my lunch/purse inside and a large cup in the side pocket. Exactly what I was looking for :)

Love it. This is the very best laptop bag I have found yet
I now have two of these, one in black and one in blue, and I absolutely LOVE them, having tried a whole range of lady-like laptop bags, including from the very expensive ranges. Kroser is simply the best of all of them. First of all , the outer pockets: the large zip pocket is easy to open and fits a large amount of things. The two side pockets: again, large and easily accessible and especially good for a water bottle so no leaks inside your bag. Inside: it's cavernous. Depending on how much weight you can carry, this packs everything, books, laptop or keyboard, papers, food shopping! spare cardigans/fleece/whatever. There is an inside sleeve for laptop and another smaller sleeve next to it, as illustrated, for papers, clipboard, books, whatever.Inside pockets for pens, phone, whatever. ODDLY enough, the black has come with an INSIDE side pocket, like for water bottle, but the blue one, bought earlier, doesn't have. BEST BEST FEATURE plus only problem: the wire rim around the opening which is the entire length of the zip. It means it opens widely, can sit on the floor/chair next to you wide open for great accessibility, and stays open. There is no wrestling with pockets with this bag!! The bad news is that you can NOT zip the bag closed in the air whilst walking; the rim has to be manually closed together in order for the zip to close- you have to rest it against knee/wall/seat to hold bag steady to close it. Annoying at first. But you can get used to this if you are willing- you cannot just zip it closed just like that. But it's truly worth the hassle, yet you really should know this first, if you are going to be dipping into it a thousand times on one journey. Best method to beat this problem: Carry your valuables, wallet, phone, travel card, in a very small cross body bag at the same time and you don't have to keep dipping into the laptop bag; this works great. Also,it's lightweight! Plus very nice clip together handles to use as a handbag. And it looks more feminine than most work backpacks. Very comfortable thick enough padded shoulder straps too.
