The ear pads themselves are exceptionally easy to swap out as they are connected with magnets. The headbands are a bit trickier to remove however, challenging you to apply just the right about of strength and force to get the job done.The quality is fantastic and the noise canceling is definitely noticeable between the ear pads. Firstly let me say these are an upgrade to an already amazing headset. They are really only required if you want noise cancellation or that leather feel on the ear cups. The fitting of the product was quick and easy due to astros having a simple snap off and snap on system. Once fitted, the noise cancellation is amazing and does improve the bass because of this. You can also use the astro command software to change the equaliser settings (on pc) and update the headphones as they can have a specific setting just for this upgrade. Cannot recommended these any higher. Packed and delivered highly as ever from amazon.The only draw backs I can be honest about are,1 - that price, when I paid so much for the original headset I think these should be discounted a little (but it's a treat item for me).2 - they can make your ears a little warmer than the breathable included variant, but I'll use these for 6 months and the breathable ones during the warmer months.Simple really, if quality is important and let's face it you have a premium gaming headset already else why consider this item? then this product upgrade is a no brainer. The original headband section is tricky to remove, however once done inserting the new one is easy. The noise cancelling is surprisingly good, the kit made a much bigger difference to ambient noise that I thought it could. Made them even more comfortable too.

Product easy to apply to my headset and was considerably comfortable, although with prolonged use cause ear ache, and I mean 20+ hours... I would recommend to friends although the headset itself is incomparable quality to its competitors

Wow these are brilliant, they're not kidding when they say noise cancelling and it really keeps ALL the sound in, at full volume it is painful and impossible to listen to I tested this by listening to a House music track and even at mid volume the bass is alot more punchy, unfortunately the price has to mark them down as they are not cheap and the Astro A50 is a £250 headset I feel these should be what comes with the original headset or added in as an extra, lets face it they won't be expensive to make it's only plastic leather earcups and a headband!

Overall great product. I was a little disappointed with the price and the wait time for delivery but they did say that it would take 5-15 days to get here which I think it was here on the 14th or 15th day so not bad at all. Nothing was damaged and it was super easy to put on my Gen 3 Astro A50's. Great experience though and I highly recommend the leather ear cushions over the default memory foam ones because the leather helps keep the sound from escaping better. I actually just placed all of the original pieces that came with my headset in the case that these came in.

Vaya por delante que me parece muy caro los 30€ que pagué por al fin y al cabo dos orejeras de pseudo-cuero y la parte de la diadema, pero lo cierto es que aisla mucho mejor del sonido que los que trae por defecto, aunque quiza con los 280€ que me costaron los Astro A50 deberían traer ya este repuesto, no obstante funcionan genial y son muy comodos.

Excelentes para el PS4. El sonido Dolby surround es increíble y lleno de detalles. Puedes personalizar tus presets de sonido para cada tipo de juego. Comodidad buena más no perfecta. La batería me dura toda una sesión (8 horas aprox)

Ho solo dovuto fare una piccola modifica per adattarle alle astro a50 "gen4" ,di cui non erano compatibili,per il resto perfetto, cambia assolutamente il sound, consigliato

Si vous avez le A50, n'hésitez pas ! Vraiment, cela isole complètement des bruits extérieurs et le confort n'a clairement plus rien à voir avec le tissu. On oublie qu'on a un casque sur la tete !
