The reviews are bad but thankfully I like to see things for myself. The one thing I don’t like is her eyes, other than that she’s cute.

This doll looked nothing like the listing photos. I am extremely disappointed in her. Her skin was much darker than in the listing photos. She had a black mark that looked like a splinter on her left pointer finger. White from the nail tips was on multiple spots on her right hand, including by her pinky near the nail tip. The white paint went over onto the skin. Her eyes look more red than brown too like the listing photo said. Her bottom lashes were painted on, which would have been okay, but the bottom eyelashes are so far from the inside of her eye, they look really fake.I was really excited to receive this doll and was so sad and disappointed when I opened the box up. She could have been done so much better. When you pay $275 for a doll, I do have high expectations that she will be perfect and look like the listing photos. It looks like the listing photos have either been photoshopped or are the actual doll that the artist painted before she was made in the factory. Regardless, the doll I received should have looked like the listing photos. I was a bit shocked to see she didn't look like that.This doll had the potential to be so nice, but these handful of things ruined her for me.I have requested a refund on her. Even if I kept her, I would have to re-paint her, change her eyes, add new eyelashes in order to hopefully be satisfied with her, which would cost me just as much as the doll did. Like I said, she had such potential to be a beautiful doll, she has a great base, but it's just those little things that are extremely disappointing.

Very disappointed eye color is not brown. Crazy and odd purple pink . Stock photo has brown eyes. And now the hassle of trying to return the doll. Total waste of money. What a hassle repacking then wasting time and gas trying to get a refund driving to a UPS.
