I’m already a big fan of Dan-O’s seasonings, and this Cheesoning fits right in with the rest of the lineup. If you like bold flavor without a bunch of unnecessary fillers, this one delivers. The first thing I noticed is how versatile it is. It really does work on almost everything. Pizza, popcorn, chicken, vegetables, breadsticks, eggs, pasta, even roasted potatoes. It adds that savory, cheesy flavor without being overpowering or artificial tasting. What really sets this apart is that it works incredibly well as a parmesan cheese replacement. You still get that salty, umami, cheesy vibe, but without the dairy heaviness. That makes it great if you’re watching calories, avoiding sugar, or just want more flavor without loading food up with cheese. What a winner Dan-O has on his hands. Tasty, buttery. . .good on veggies, pita/tortilla pizzas, homemade egg and cheese (occ. bacon) bagels/muffins/tortillas, as well as with egg bites. Add it to my ravioli Al Fredo to deepen the parm sauce. Really like this stuff as does the family.
