Electro Harmonix OD Glove

Great pedal and quite versatile.Allows you to switch from 9volt to 18volt while still using a 9volt adapter.Under the tone knob is a tone shifter switch which i thought was a little muddy for my taste in the off positionbut each to there own i actually need to mess about with it a bit more to be fair.The drive goes from pretty light to thunderous got some real authentic sounds out of it.This is my go to pedal when i try something new or emulate another band sound and most of the time it works for me and if not i can stack it with other pedals all in all an excellent pedal well worth it.

A brilliant overdrive pedal. Fantastic value for money. It captures the sound of a driven Marshall when used on clean amp settings. In front of a real Marshall you can plug into the low sensitivity input to drive the output valves hard with the Master volume on 10 and set the pre amp volume low and get a brilliant full on tone at sensible volume. At full stage volume into the high input with both Pre amp and Master volume up it's an absolute monster.Highly recommended.

Awesome sound, from clean to distorted. Excellent build quality and does not take up too much room on your pedal board.

I bought this pedal after watching a few YouTube reviews and also seeing some good reviews online. I wasn’t disappointed. It does exactly as advertised. Mixed it with my cry baby and got ‘money for nothing tone’ and have been struggling to put my guitar down since getting it and plugging it in. Crank up the gain and roll the volume off on your guitar and enjoy mega tones and roll-on solos at will. I even got a decent voodoo child tone out of it this way. Got chilli peppers tone with low gain and rolling tone high on pedal with mid pickup.Still exploring the tones with levels and pickup combinations but having had mainly multi effects in the past I’m starting to appreciate the quality of individual pedals like this one and what they can do when used correctly. Absolutely love it and think this will be used 99% of the time I switch my amp on.

Arrived in a damaged box that a previous owner had torn open, and the line signifying the position on the volume knob is worn away.Very disappointed as somebody who keeps the boxes of their equipment.

Love this pedal, it goes from slightly broken up to decent distortion and the tone switch takes you from a vintage or classic sound to a clear Plexi like tone. Really like this pedal and it was exactly what I was looking for.

This pedal is amazing. It wasn't entirely what I expected as I didn't realise it would have such a blues-y tone. However this doesn't devalue the product at all for me even though I never really play blues. As a person who plays a lot of punk I almost never turn the gain knob past 12 o'clock so I wouldn't worry about how much gain it offers. Just make sure you have a power supply because this thing (along with most other pedals) can drain a full 9v battery in just a couple of hours!

I was hoping for an overdrive pedal with heavier classic rock distortion capabilities. Instead I found Glove to be a creamy and lush sounding overdrive pedal, better suited to blues and blues rock. It's a great improvement over my Boss Blues Driver 2 which sounds jagged and brash by comparison. I think that the Glove's superiority over the BD is due to it's Mosfet semiconductors.In my opinion, Glove is not quite so good at achieving the classic Marshall distortion tones I had heard about and was looking for, something that my Marshall Guvner Plus GV2 does extremely well. I had hoped Glove could top this. The Marshall has more EQ capabilities with 4 tone knobs vs 1 on the Glove. I believe it also makes the Marshall more compatible with brighter sounding amps such as Fender Blues Deluxe Reissue. Instead of replacing my Marshall pedal, I have replaced my blues driver with this pedal.From a build quality perspective, I like the fact that it has a minimalist bare metal finish. The footswitch is rather stiff and as it is not angled towards the player so you may have to deliberately stomp on it to get it on.

I already knew it got great reviews but this pedal is just awesome, blew me away, never expected for it to sound this amazing, I already own and love the EHX Soul Food and Nano BigMuff , but this pedal takes the cake......highly recommend

シングルコイルのギターで使用した結果音が太くなり音圧感が増した気がします。GAINを13時以降にするとマーシャルに近い雰囲気の歪みになりました。スイッチをオンにするとハイミッド辺りが上がり抜けのいいサウンドになりました。手持ちのBD-2をブースターのかわりに使用する使い方がとても気に入っています。下手なOCDコピーよりこちらをオススメしたいと思います。

EHX ne peut pas le dire, mais c'est une clone d'OCD. Je n'ai pas essayé l'original, mais le son est excellent, se stack bien avec une autre overdrive par exemple, et la pédale a plusieurs petites options sympa (un switch HP/LP qui ne dit pas son nom, et un switch interne pour commuter 9v/18v). Et le prix est carrément abordable pour une pédale de cette qualité. Un bon plan.
