Popular gift and easy for grandson to use. Not too bulky but buttons not too small for his hands. Very durable despite it often being dropped. Still working more than a year later.

I'm actually more interested in the technology of producing a digital camera product for this price range that has this resolution, a battery, an SD card reader/writer with card, a USB port, and a viewer. In the early 2000s, Computational imaging (initially called computational photography) became a new emerging scientific area of exploration. One branch of it involves taking photos from many angles, such as with many different cameras at the same time. The accessibility of that field of research depends a lot of how low can the cheapest price be for a functional camera that's adequately suitable. The SAME THINGS that make this a great choice of a camera for a kid also make it a very interesting example of a functional digital camera potentially suitable for using very, very many of them together at the same time. I've found that with connecting an external battery and getting the settings just right, you can continuously record video for about 8 or 10 hours straight onto the SD. The continuous video is always automatically split up into a series of consecutive 3 minute videos. That's extremely inconvenient for transferring the video to a computer and performing scientific analysis on it, but I suppose it's probably a necessity of the extremely low cost. I'm sure it's fine for kids to use. I'm happily surprised with the overall functionality of the camera, and the quality of photos and video, even in low light. The menus are an interesting compromise for few buttons, a small screen, and a low price point. I recommend going over it again and again and trying all the different things to get a feel for how it works. I think when you get used to it, it's totally fine.

These cameras are great! They have a lot of different options on them but are simple enough for little ones to navigate through. They are well made and durable. I have had to use the warranty that is attached to the camera and the customer service with this company is amazing. I had no issues whatsoever. Their team is professional and respond quickly. I highly recommend!

This little camera is such a fun toy for my 3-year-old! It’s super lightweight and easy to carry with the included strap, so it’s perfect for little hands. The image quality isn’t too bad for a kid’s camera, and I love that it lets you take pictures, record videos, and even has fun games built in. The buttons are simple to use, so kids can figure it out quickly. It’s a great way to keep them entertained and encourage creativity. Definitely a good gift idea for birthdays or holidays!

I got this for my nephew with autism who loves to take photos. The camera was cute and had lots of fun things like borders and fun filters to use. The only downside was that it wasn’t very user friendly. You have to click a lot of buttons to get to different features. Could have been easier to use.

Would definitely recommend this camera ! Super cutie and the quality is great! This camera also provides a music option and can I just say, I love it! My daughter does as well! (4 yrs old) the color is so cute! It was super easy to put music onto it with the provided USB ! So far we’ve had to charge it once and it’s pasted for about a day ( she takes a lot of pics!) and it’s still going strong! The sound is pretty decent on this little thing as well !

It is a great gift for kids 2 and up. Easy to use and you can download the pictures. You can download music on the camera. Keeps kids off the phone.

**Edit: The seller reached out about a refund, which was pleasantly unexpected, so I double checked that it was broken. Well, surprise! It's working now after I reset and charged it. We hadn't used it for a while after it died so it's interesting that it decided to start working again. I won't be adding any stars though. I've been waffling between 2 and 3 stars since buying. I got 2 of these and one of them completely stopped working after several months, no matter how many times I tried to reset it. The other keeps freezing so we keep resetting it but it's still working. Other than the constant freezing/resetting and completely breaking, the camera is pretty nice. It takes some cool pictures; my 6 year old took these photos. There are a lot of effects, filters, stickers, and such that you can have fun with. Switching to selfie mode is easy and so is uploading the pictures onto a computer. Overall, it's easy enough for a child to use. It's a great size for children as well, very age appropriate. The battery takes a few hours to fully charge and then lasts for several hours. I wasn't expecting the games to be on there so that was a fun surprise for my kids. We went with a different brand to replace the broken one rather than buying this brand again.

L’écran est clair, simple à utiliser, et l’objectif pivotant est un vrai plus pour qu’ils puissent se prendre en photo facilement. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. Tellement satisfaite que j’en ai acheté un pour chacun de mes neveux et nièces, et à chaque fois le succès est au rendez-vous. Mon fils l’adore et s’en sert très régulièrement.
