I personally like my magnesium in resolving tablets . These are a great flavor as well .Magnesium is good for muscle cramping ,in flamation. Head aches and many more problems for the body .

I need magnesium for a digestion issue. I used to use Voost, but the magnesium in that is a lot less than this product. This is definitely the better choice and I will continue to use it from now on.

good if not wanting to take separate pills

I was looking for a ZMa that's drinkable. I don't like taking lots of pills, although, it usually ends up this way with supplements. These dissolve into water and create a "soda" of ZMa. I love it!

its good the taste is really good, and last for a long time, but i think there to mush underhand types of sugar so i don't know if i will buy again

This magnesium made me very drowsy and sleepy, label is misleading called "Active" I took it during the day thinking it would give me energy....big mistake....better to take it before bed.
