Handy and perfect for freezing!
These are absolutely perfect! They are sturdy, clean up very well in the dishwasher, and are easy to pop the contents. I personally, use them to make mini brownies, which I then freeze, and can take out one-by-one as I need them. Very handy for muffins and freezing herbs and butters as well.

Love these!!
I can’t say enough good things about this product! I have arthritic hands and even I can easily manage getting the cubes out. I don’t have an ice maker and detest the old fashioned trays. These are durable as hec, easy to use, stackable and versatile. I do a lot of food prepping and find that my pesto and garlic freezes well in this smaller size. I use the 1/2 cup size to freeze my beaten eggs in. Also, I can make ice cubes in the 1/2 cup size and fit 2 of them in my hydro flask to stay hydrated all day. I use the 1 cup size to freeze my soups and make ice cubes to use when I’ve blanched my fruits and veggies and need to put them in an ice bath. You’re only limited by your imagination! I wish this company well for designing a beautiful and useful product. Btw I just ordered some for my son as well. You’re going to love these too!!

Great for freezing sauces
I bought this to be able to freeze small amounts of sauces to be used later. They are perfectly sized. I can defrost 1-2 of them depending on my recipe. They are easy to remove the frozen sauce, easy to clean (dishwasher) and easy to store. I have purchased a few other sizes of these for soups and other sauces as well. Best product for this. I have used other types but love these.

As good as all the other Souper Cubes and lids mix and match
These are pricey and if you don't have any other Souper Cubes, I'm not sure you need to rush to get these. The big issue is that each tray only makes 10 2-tablespoon cubes. A more typical ice cube tray would make much more. However, these are (as always) spectacularly well-made and can easily be stacked in the freezer. Cubes come zipping right out. I realized that the reason for only 10 cubes is that the form factor (width and length) is exactly the same as any other Souper Cube, so you can share lids and stack different sizes in the freezer. For me, they totally make sense!

Finally a solid silicone tray!
I've searched high and low for good silicone baby food trays that don't flop around and weren't overpriced marketing to new parents. These are super solid stackable trays with visible measurement marks. No spills, no thrills, just quality. Will be buying more. Strongly recommend!

Love these for lemon juice!
It's cheaper for me to buy lemons in bulk at Costco versus buying them individually like a normal human. However, I do not use the lemons fast enough and they used to rot on my counter. Since I mainly use them to flavor my water and teas -- enter Souper Cubes. I already had the larger ones that I used for leftover soups and sauces, but when I saw that they had smaller versions, I thought they'd be perfect for making lemon ice cubes. I prefer Souper Cubes since it's easy to measure in them. I am well aware that I could have done this with just a regular ice cube tray. They work so well for the lemons that I have also used them to make ice cubes with berries frozen in them, as well as freezing orange and grapefruit juices that I add to my sparkling water. I can keep them in my freezer until I need them and they're great for my summer drinks and teas. I even have used it to preserve tomato paste, but tomatoes stain the silicone, so I line the cubes with plastic wrap first. These are great for freezing small amounts of liquid (each cube holds up to 2 tablespoons of liquid). I highly recommend the rest of their line as well. The cubes are easy to freeze and pop out, and the container itself is easy to clean. You do need a flat surface to allow the cubes to freeze because the lid is DEFINITELY not spill-proof. I personally use them to freeze leftovers so I don't have a bunch of rotting food in my fridge -- it helps me to avoid food waste.

if you're wondering if they are worth the price, they are
First of all, these are worth it because they are actually 2Tb in size, which I think they are the only ones that make that size. The regular ice cube trays are not 2Tb (even if they say that they are). The regular tray on the left is 1TB, also flimsy so it's nerve wracking getting it to the freezer without sloshing and spilling and the lid is flimsy like a stasher bag. The souper cubes are super sturdy, have the 1tb and 2tb lines, and the lid is also a thick hard plastic. I was wondering if they were worth the hype, and they are.

Great for freezing fresh herbs
This worked great for freezing fresh herbs into cubes for use in the future. I minced Basil and pressed into each square, and added enough water to form a cube. I also tried regular ice cube trays, and these worked WAY better, because the lid held in in place in the square. Also can stack them in the freezer while freezing

Expensive but excellent
I won't lie, these are pricey for the intended use, but the quality is far beyond the cheaper items and I know this will last a long time. Totally worth it as far as I am concerned.

Really good quality silicone
We really love the souper cube products and have purchased the various sizes. This one is really nice for pesto, demi glace, lemon or lime juice or flavoured ice cubes for your drinks. The only drawback of a firm hard plastic lid is that it adheres and it hard to remove if a little of your liquid spills out. It feels like it'll break if you try to pull it away from the base so it's best to run it under a bit of warm water to dislodge.

Love souper cubes
I love the souper cube products. I had one of the aqua ice cube trays already and wanted more. At the time it was going to cost $99 for two of the aqua ones. I wasn't paying that no matter how much I loved them. The black ice cube trays were $44 for two. So I thought I would purchase them. However they are not as strudy as the aqua ones. They look exactly the same but they are not. The water runs out of them, the silicone seems not as strong. I think they will work better for sauces. Still love the product. They are a investment, I skipped buying groceries for the week to purchase.

Very good
I have several sizes of Souper cubes and am happy with all of them. They are sturdy and stack well in freezer without collapsing and the food releases easily once frozen.
