I bought this while awaiting the real thing from Lautie. I was not sure what to expect, but when I got it, it seemed to be very well made, and a great fidget/gadget! Now, it's not the finest finish, or quite the same as the real thing, as I discovered once I did get a real CP3...but for the price...you simply can't beat this item! Not sure how durable the finish will be, or how long the magnets stay strong, but out of the box, this thing is amazing. I took it to work, and some of the guys were pretty impressed with it. Very hard to fault this in any way for the price!!

I have seen various "CP3" sliders and some are much more expensive and some seem to be a little cheaper. I have seen some combo packs selling with a CP3 and a poker card slider fidget for roughly the same as this single unit so this feels like it could have possibly been marketed at a lower price. I like the black color of the unit I selected and that there was a variety of color options available. I very much appreciate the teflon tape that that is on all of the inner surfaces of the device to help with sliding/friction/protection against metal on metal. The fidget feels a little flimsy / weak magnetically when fully extended to the point where it sometimes feels like the pieces want to separate or sometimes do depending on pressure applied - this isn't necessarily super annoying but I feel it is worth mentioning. I have a similar CP3 style slider that feels a bit strong but it also lacks the teflon tape so this may be a trade off for having the tape or possibly a magnet strength issue. Good overall but price point still seems a little high especially if you are like me and constantly looking for different fidgets while on a budget.

Great CP3 type fidget toy. There is an audible click if you collapse it quickly, so be aware in case you plan on using it near other.If the tape wears out or falls off, you can order a giant roll of it from Amazon for not a lot of money. Search for "PTFE Adhesive Teflon Tape"

This is a very pleasant fidget toy. It fits in the pocket and makes a nice click sound while playing. The click is loud enough that I wouldn't use it in a library. It is metal and durable.
