It’s low to medium foam toughness.My husband likes tough memory foam and I like barely any down feathers. And this is the perfect medium and really gentle on your neck if you get headaches.With my husband being a spine patient we’ve probably owned half of commercially available pillows and this is a really good one to have.

A little taller than I need but still useful.

My previous pillow was actually the exact same model as this one, and I loved it so much that I had to get another after accidentally damaging the first in the wash. It’s incredibly hard to find a pillow that truly fits my needs, and this one is perfect for neck pain relief and comfort. The memory foam provides just the right support whether I’m sleeping on my side, back, or stomach. The washable cover is super convenient too. Honestly, I couldn’t ask for a better pillow—it’s exactly what I need!

After trying a number of different pillows, I think this one is a keeper. It is not too soft and not too firm. It has great support for my neck. I didn't take out any of the inner layers. It didn't smell when I received it and plumped up within just a few hours. I'm happy with it!

You have to try sleeping on the pillow for a while; it takes some getting used to.

I almost did not get this because of low price and although good but few reviews. So glad I did. As soon as my head hit this I fell asleep and it was early evening. So happy I did get this one. It did smell a bit when I took it out of package but went away quickly. My head neck and shoulders do not hurt after one night sleep.

Comfortable pillow and the king is huge so it's a struggle to find pillow cases. I wanted something a little bigger than what I had been using and this definitely covered that desire, this takes almost exactly half of a queen mattress for width. The pillow itself is comfortable and just the right amount of firmness for me (more on the firm side but not rock hard).
