Fine LOTO locks
Two keys per lock is NOT a feature.

Unsecured
This lock is not as secure as I have hoped. I have tried picking it to see how secure it is and it can be easily picked.

Disappointed
This is made of plastic and I don’t think they worth the money. And I bought a set of 2 locks, but I received only one lock.

Nice solid feeling padlock for lockout usage
First things first, these are not intended to be used for securing items from theft. These are "lockout" padlocks and are intended to lock out electrical equipment to prevent it from being turned on while someone is working on it. They are meant to provide a physical barrier that keeps someone from energizing a piece of equipment. For that purpose, they are perfect. I would feel safe using them for their intended purpose. The lock itself is more solidly constructed than I expected. The plastic body is really solid and exceeded my expectations. I've had some lockout locks where the plastic was really flimsy, and these feel much tougher. The keys work smoothly, and both locks in my set were keyed different. One thing to note, you can only remove the key from the lock when it is locked. This is either a nice feature or an annoying feature. I prefer it this way as it cuts down on lost keys.Overall, I am very pleased.

They will be useful. Not clear why the pair cannot be separated.
This two-lock set will be useful for those who know what to do with them. No explanation or context was provided with the product as to what they are for. This was the two-lock, four key package. It’s not clear why they are packed together with the warning “THIS IS A SET DO NOT SEPARATE.” Each lock and key set are independent; one set does not necessarily need the other set. They can also be used as ordinary padlocks; however, they are intended primarily for safety measures rather than anti-theft or security.

Safety locks to lock out panels
I use these locks to temporarily lock out cabinets and panels, so others don't open them.

Functional
Used on a job where I needed to isolate several breakers (at generator and at mains from the city) and worked a treat. tried picking it myself with a wave rake and the simplest possible attack, and it clearly has security pin(s) so it resists quick and dirty picking. feels like its made of very little and isn't super reassuring in its heft, but realistically very good for a LOTO situation where the lock is less for securing and more for warning/notification
