I have a few of these lights and the main draw to them is when you get them to pair up with your existing smart home system. Mine is an Alexa environment and I'll never go back to non "smart" lights again. The convenience and utility of a smart light are amazing. Sure it doesn't work perfectly and every blue moon it knocks out and stops working but when it does work it is phenomenal.I have routines, can say voice commands like "turn off office light" or even have it turn on when it detects movement when paired with my smart thermostat which detects movements. I can have a vacation routine where the lights turn on/off like someone is home periodically for peace of mind. The only part that I can't workout is how to get the different lights to work at the same time with Alexa and not using the app.8/10 I would recommend it. I hope this review is helpful.

These lights LOOK awesome! They are sleek and I LOVE that they have the down light but also have lights around the top rim which can be used as accent lighting. The problem I had was getting these to connect to my wifi router so I could use the app to change colors and use the different lighting features. I went through two sets of lights and tried both 5 ghz and 2.4 ghz with more than 20 attempts to connect with each set I tried. I could not get them to connect once. I did not contact their customer service. Unfortunately I feared sitting on hold or spending even more time walking through their troubleshooting steps that I’m certain I covered…but having dealt with customer service before on other electronic gadgets, I know you have to follow their step by step process when on the phone so they know you’ve tried everything. I have lights from at least 5 other companies and all have connected to WIFI on the first or maybe second try. It shouldn’t be that difficult.

All of the other smart lights I have bought on Amazon have the ability to use both lights at the same time. It shows this in the picture but you can’t use both at the same time. Please update your description of the item. Very unhappy with the item and will probably return it as I need the ability to control both the downlight and rgb at the same time.

I have tried 4 different switches/dimmers and still flickers. I went with Leviton, tp-link, lutron, and standard switch and they all flicker. These lights are way too sensitive. My previous LED lights never had these issues. The flickering was the best with Lutron, but resetting to reconnect to Wi-Fi was non-existent. Why? Bcs Lutron is not on/off like a standard switch. I’ve wasted quite a bit of time and money to try to make these work. Why did I spend extra on Lutron? Because Sunco sells it on their site!!Until Sunco updates these lights via hardware or firmware; I’d say, I would save the time and money. There are far more better things to waste your time on. Direct link to iOS app? Good luck. I will change this once Sunco gets back to me. For now? It will be a dimmable bulb.

This is a 13inch Flush Mount LED Smart Ceiling Light which is app controlled. The light with its 24W, brightens up the Bathrooms. The adjustable colors are only on the night mode on the trim. The downlight is pretty much your standard warm/daylight setting.These smart lights from Sunco are supposed to be used by the Sunco app but i never could successfully pair them even after multiple tries. But surprisingly it worked with the Feit Electric App (which I'm using for my others smart bulbs), smoothly without any issues and allows all the necessary controls. Additionally it also has the Alexa skill to be used with your Alexa devices or app.The really convenient thing is that it comes with all the relevant accessories, including the pig tail adapter which can be used with any kind of existing of new setup. The install was fairly easy and the light is very sleek to the ceiling. Over all its highly recommended for the pack of 2 for the optimal price.
