I recently purchased this car phone holder, and I'm quite impressed with its performance. It securely holds my phone in place while I drive, making navigation a breeze. Excellent product!Pros: very sturdy mount (there's a sticker underneath the mount to add more friction), not shaky while driving unlike other vent mount I've tried, the clamps (arms) are big enough to hold my iPhone 14 wallet case with 4 cards inside, adjustable for different phone heights, mounting position allows for easy viewing when driving (right next to your steering wheel), adjust once and just pop your phone in when driving.Minor cons: Make sure your dashboard is not too thick for the mount (mine is a Corolla 2013), take some time to find a good spot to mount so your steering wheel does not block the view.

Very easy to mount stays stable in my work truck

Had it for about 6 months and has held up well. It was a little troublesome to find the perfect spot on my curved dashboard since the clamps are flat and don’t conform to the shape perfectly, but it’s stayed on reasonably well. The mount detached from the dashboard around 3-4 times in that period, but it’s easy to reinstall. There are stickers to help stick it to the dashboard which worked well for the first couple months, but after it detached the first time the stickers were useless. My phone has probably fallen out 3x (usually because I forget to click it in place), but otherwise it reliably stays in even on bumpy drives. My favorite part is that I can place it right by the windshield in my line of sight so I don’t have to turn my head or look down to see my map.

When I first stuck it on my dash it was ok. Didn’t really stick to it long enough then the it started coming off slowly. Was only good for about 3 weeks then it fell off completely. I totally forgot to make a review but now that I’m seeing it in my moving box I decided to do so.

I ordered two of the upgraded phone supports. One of them works great. Has a screw on grip and clamps on to air vent snug and firm. The other one, is a flimsy clip on that consistently fell off.

I am only using the Air Vent configuration. I did try the Dashboard mount option and it was a tight fit. In the past, I have avoided buying Air Vent supported phone mounts because of mediocre performance from those that I did buy. However, this one does a fantastic job in my Mazda 3. So, I bought another one for my son and he is also happy with it. My family recently went on vacation and we rented a car. I was pleased that this mount is so easy to disassemble and take on a trip. It worked very well on a Nissan Ultima for GPS mapping. Not a single phone drop from this mount yet and it is so easy to place and remove the phone. I recommend it.
