Got these to clean nozzles and hard to reach places on soda machine. Works great and they’re decently sturdy.

I use these to clean my sewing machines. I’ve looked for so long to find something like this to be able to get into all the little crevices to get all the dust out and finally!!! These are heaven sent! I pretty much only use the red and black ones for my machines. I’ve used the tiny ones to clean out the crevices on Lu laptop and I’m sure I’ll find a use for the orange ones.

Glad I had these on hand to clean my kids computer.

These applicators are great for auto detailing and provide many options for accessing tight spaces to clean. They worked well for basic cleaning, but were easily torn when working in tight edges. I did not find these to be durable and had to reach for a new swab often before completing one cleaning.

I use these in my lab for cleaning lenses, as well as for small applications like cleaning and applying solvents. I'm very pleased with them, I haven't noticed any shed fibers, and they work extremely well to soak up liquids and apply them to targeted areas. The handles are long enough that you don't have to grip near the soft end and you can maneuver them around with ease. I'm very pleased. I didn't need them all to be in separate ziptop bags, but it's also nice to have them sorted by size.

My primary application for the AAwipes Cleanroom Foam Tip Swab Set (reviewed on 13 June 2023) is to clean tape heads in my quad 8-track tape deck -- a chore that requires a long handled swabbing device that can absorb a measure of isopropyl alcohol, not drip it along the insertion path, and not shed any residue onto the heads.These swabs fit that bill much better than any other swabs I have tried. Particularly the lack of shedding particulate -- Q-tips are too short anyway, but even the long-handled cotton swabs always leave some fibers behind which defeats the purpose. Not so the AAwipes. They cleaned my heads with no deposited detritus.The review form asked about durability. I docked one star because in my use, I did break one swab while using it, and had to discard it and use a second. However, these really are designed for one-use and for most people durability should not be an issue.I'm sure there are many other applications for these fine swabs -- in my rather uncommon one, they suited the task perfectly.

This Cleanroom Foam Tip Swab Set is an essential and versatile tool in my art room because I use them in so many ways. I like that they come in many sizes as they are versatile. The flat larger swabs I use a lot with mica powder when putting the powder only on raised areas of a clay piece. The black handled smaller flat pieces I use for smaller areas. All the smaller swabs I use in various different ways, like using alcohol to clean a small difficult to reach area of clay, manipulating alcohol inks, or applying paint to tiny hard to reach areas. Basically when I need a lot of control over what I am doing these swabs are so useful. I have also used these to clean delicate areas like the keyboard on my computer and iPad. They are also reusable if I clean them up right after use. Eventually the foam will fall apart but sometimes the left over sticks are useful. For example, the pointy tips of the blue sticks are great for spreading UV resin. The other big benefit of these swabs is the cost- you get a lot for the price. I have purchased foam swabs from suppliers of art materials and paid much more than this set, which has lasted longer and has many more swabs.

Used to clean dust/debris from commercial eco solvent printer. Works great in the small spaces. Well made and anti-lint, holds up well for each cleaning. Much cheaper than manufacturers product. Will continue to buy these!
