What power wall adapter should i order for charging?

It has a regular, standard sized charging cord. I just used one I already owned. You most likely already own one. It charged up just fine.

Made in China where it seems most products are made.

Anybody have trouble with theirs turning on..?? Green light indicates fully charged. Is this broken?

No trouble with any part of this booklight. Sounds like yours is broken.

Are the batteries replaceable?

There are no batteries, as the unit is fully rechargeable. At first, I was a little reluctant to buy because I too wanted a battery operated one. since charging it, I use it virtually every night and for the past three or four weeks I have still not had to re-charge it. It also has, a gauge to indicate where the battery stands and it still appears to be fully charged. You can also change the colors and intensity, which is sort of fun. A really good product!
