Had problems with the first one. Seller very quickly shipped another 10/10 service
I got this for my sons dirt bike helmet. The first one had issues. The seller instantly sent a new one after one contact and got him listening in no time. Great customer service and great product. It’s not got a lot of bass but I do love how it blocks out the sound of his dirtbike when he calls me. I can hear him clearly without the very loud bike over riding his voice. Super easy to connect and so easy to use. He’s 12 and figured it all out. 10/10 customer service 10/10 product.

A bit tinny but at least I have music.
A little engineering could have added a little bit of bass-range frequencies, I might have to try to engineer something myself. But as a Bluetooth speaker that fits in/on your helmet, this does a really good job. It was easy to pair and the controls work fine. It isn't a person-to-person communication system, but you should be able to tell from the price.Installation was a breeze, especially since my helmet had speaker pockets already and a removable liner. I routed all of the cables and attached the speakers and mic. I then clipped the control module to the helmet shell (it also came with hook-loop fasteners in case the shell is adhered to the inner protection. Connect the USB-C for the speakers and you are in business.Note: a generic USB-C will likely fail to work since there is a guide that the charging cable that came with the unit fits snuggly inAudio from these have a bit left to be desired. No bass would be the first thing. Sure you can hear the music, but the quality is not quite there. Additionally, max volume is not very loud, especially if you run low-restriction exhausts, like I have. With factory, the sound just makes it into the listenable category.I bought these so that my commute wouldn't be as boring. And I didn't want the boombox-on-two-wheels that I have heard other riders sport. I don't want to be "that" person. It works. All in all, I think it was a good purchase. I know there are more expensive options that are feature rich, but I would recommend these because it gets you out your own thoughts and fills it with some inexpensive tunes.

Acceptable for the price but not great
It was easy to install and the controls are pretty intuitive. Audio quality isn’t the best and I can barely hear it at speeds above 55mph. Unit will auto answer all calls which is not an attractive feature to me. My wife called while I was doing 55-60mph and neither of us could hear a thing. If you do a lot of lower speed cruising and just want a budget friendly way to get some tunes going this may work for you. If you want more out of it than that I’d suggest going with a name brand unit, I upgraded when I got a new helmet and it’s louder and better audio quality than this unit (but it was also 3X the price).

Excellent, loud, 3/4 helmet, sound quality
I’ve been using a small clip/magnetic speaker I had to be able to listen to music while riding and finally decided to get a cheaper Bluetooth speaker set for convenience on my two helmets. When I first ordered this one I also ordered another one which had less reviewers but a higher rating to see which one was better. I can tell you I returned the other one the next day. I cannot speak on the quality when compared to sets that cost over $100, but I can tell you I can hear these speakers clearly. I haven’t used them going over 60mph but I’m sure it will have no problems at highway speeds. I use 3/4 helmets that have a face cover so if you use a full face helmet it will probably be even better. The sound is great, it doesn’t sound like just treble or high pitched and tinny. I can’t even turn it all the way up and I’m hard of hearing. I got two of these and couldn’t be happier. I even have to pause my music because some stranger would be trying to talk to me and I can’t hear them. I normally have the volume set to where I can hear my motor. I can only imagine how great these sound in a full faced helmet. All in all these sets are great, price is unbeatable, and I definitely recommend this to anyone looking to listen to music or make calls while riding. If you are used to high end systems then I can’t say for sure that these are as good or not, but compared to the set I returned I have to say that these are probably close to what a higher end system sounds like.

So far so good
Like title says so far so good. Easy installation no issues what so ever. Connects to my iPhone no problem. I tested out speakers before installation it was pretty loud. I installed in helmet and it was still loud. I haven’t tested it on the road or highway speed yet. Will update this post when weather is rideable.

Easy to use, good product
Great audio in the speakers and through the microphone, the hardest part is finding out how you want to install everything but once u know where u want it it’s very easy to actually install, the main pice connects to the helmet very securely with no risk of flying off. Once u have everything set up it’s as simple as holding a button and playing ur music.
