This is a true miracle worker for tackling stubborn and thick cuticles that have plagued me for years. The effectiveness of this product is simply outstanding. I've struggled with thick, hard cuticles on my fingernails for as long as I can remember, and nothing seemed to work to soften them until I discovered this gem. Used this once so far, seems to be very effective, toe nails look so much better already!

Having never previously used a cuticle remover, I've not really anything to compare Sally Hansen's offering against. Equally, since I apply coconut oil to my feet on a daily basis, my feet are already in good condition, not least the condition of my toe nails (coconut oil really is fantastic stuff). That said, having used the product on a few occasions since taking delivery, I've observed far greater definition between the nail bed and skin upon the toes. Additionally, I've not experienced any drying of the nails either, but this could also be due to the fact they're nourished daily with coconut oil. Although I'd consider the gains I've achieved to be marginal, use of the product certainly has made a difference to feet that are already thoroughly well maintained. I've attached an image, which I hope will highlight the definition that I speak of (excuse the length of the toe nails, which were trimmed shortly afterwards).

I have very thick hard cuticles on my fingernails and all the products and oils and creams I have tried over the years have never made any difference. I have removed the skin with cuticle scissors which seemed to make the cuticles even thicker and then I saw this product and read a review by one of the reviewers. She said she had used the solution EVERY DAY for about ten days and it had gotten rid of her thick cuticles. So I did what she suggested (followed by cuticle cream every time) and I am DELIGHTED to say it worked. So thankyou to that lady and yes - it definitely works (shame it took so many years) and I now have lovely soft cuticles to be proud of.

I don't see any difference during the cuticle removal

Excellent item and communication. Value for money. It is perfect for getting a smooth base on the nails before the polish layers.

This works wonders in a short amount of time. However, if you have thick, stubborn cuticles then I advise to leave on for a bit longer before you push them back. This softens the cuticles and also removes the thin sheet of cuticle you are likely to miss. Just make sure you have a good cuticle pusher as well, as this does not automatically remove your cuticles for you (it just softens them enough to be pushed back). Don't forget to wash your hands and nails thoroughly after having used this as it is obviously a chemical.
