Good quality for price
Needed bands for pt exercises at home. Good quality for price. My only negative is they were not marked for strength so having to figure out which is which.

Elasticity is not consistent
As a personal trainer, I have had a lot of exercise bands. These are the first brand I’ve ever had that have inconsistent stretch. When you first stretch them, all is normal. But the bigger your range of motion, the stretchiness diminishes. For instance, doing a bicep burp where you’re standing on the band normally has the same amount of resistance through the arm curl. But with these bands, your arms get about halfway up and then the resistance is is so heavy you can barely lift the rest of the way. And this is true of all three bands in the set. Very disappointed and would not recommend for purchase

Great Bands
I took these bands.. the yellow one to be precise, to my physiotherapist appointment. I broke my wrist and he had mentioned that he thought using a band would help with regaining my flexibility. I went out and purchased this product for that purpose. I’m inexperienced with bands, but he thought the band was great and of good quality. Got to trust your physio guy. I have not used them for anything else…. yet.

Very effective
I’ve started eating better and doing gentle exercises. This is my first time using resistance bands. Just finished following the exercises in the booklet that comes with the bands and WOW I can feel it and I broke a sweat.I have chronic pain issues and working with the bands is much easier than I expected (with a couple of modifications.)Great packaging, I love the little mesh bag for storage and the exercise booklet is greatly appreciated.I highly recommend these!Thanks!
