Women's GOTS Certified Organic 100% Turkish Terry Cotton Adjustable Closure Bath Wrap

Buyer beware! I purchased two of these - one in light pink and the other in plum. The latter color fell apart after one wash despite being cared for as directed. In several places, the fabric / threads had unraveled, leaving large portions of the wrap looking shaggy and worn. The light pink wrap was washed in the same load and held up fine for the most part, though it too had a couple places where the threads came loose.I bought these to use at the gym. The plum wrap is in such awful shape (again, after one wash) there's no way I'd consider wearing it in the locker room.

I took the recommendation of others and bought a size smaller. I would typically buy a large, but got the S/M and am happy I did. I'm 5'6" and this comes to just above my knee. It wraps around me a good 1 1/2 times so I am fully covered. With the velcro, you can adjust how tight fitting you want it. I love that it is organic! Feels nice out of the box, but I bet it will get softer after I wash it. The elastic is thick (2-3 inches) and so is the velcro. There is a lot of velcro so I'm not worried about it falling off. Overall, this is exactly what I was looking for!

At first, I thought this would not compare with the luxury of thick bath towels. And it sure did not but I love the convenience so much more than a few extra pounds of cotton. I’ve been using it for five years and sure it doesn’t have the sleek and smooth qualities of traditional Turkish towels or the absolute luxuriousness of thick cotton towels, but it is super convenient and hasn’t gotten any holes. Once in a while it does get a snag but this hasn’t impacted it’s function or look - maybe because white on white is difficult to see. The only thing I’d recommend is NOT getting this if you’re size 14+ and over 5’10”. It won’t close on you and would reveal too much at the bottom.

I’ve been looking for a new post shower wrap for months in stores and could find zero. I’ve seen too many thin, short wraps that have made me wary, but thus wrap is fabulous! The material is high quality - thick, but not corse, the wide hook and loop is wonderful so it stays put, the length is great. I’m short but with a longer torso and I don’t worry about my tushy peaking out while I’m running around getting ready every day. It launders well so far and is comfortable.

Although some complained that the Arus bath wrap was too long or too wide, as a 4' 10" person, I found the length just right and the width perfect in a petite/small. Positives include the fact that the velcro closure is wide and long, unlike the previous bath wrap I owned. One does not have the feeling that it will fall off at any moment. The material is thick, which is also a positive. So far, so good. However, one does have to pay attention to the wash and dry instructions. You are forewarned to make certain the velcro closure is closed tight prior to washing/drying. Not a big deal or a con but worth mention. I am happy with the purchase and recommend it.

I bought the Arus adjustable wrap first in L/XL (light blue) to replace the one I've had for several years which was also L/XL (still in good shape; just wanted new color). The L/XL was exactly the same as the previous one. However, I then decided to order the S/M size (in pink), which I hadn't ordered in the first place because I was hesitant about the S part of the S/M. I lost 30 pounds since original order a few years back -- 5'5" now 145 -- and find the S/M fits a little better than the L/XL. The S/M is slightly shorter in length fitting around the knee and about 2" smaller where the Velcro connects. Both work fine at my current weight (145), though I prefer the length of the smaller size (larger one a couple inches longer). Colors I ordered are lovely pastels and wash/dry great as well.

It is thick but I noticed many threads are already loose. I haven't washed it yet but if it comes apart I will be sending it back. Too much money for it to come with loose threads. The color is really pink, I like that and the quality of the velcro and stitching is top notch.I will update later.****UPDATE ****Ok, after three washings it seems to be holding up. I had to trim loose threads but honestly, after searching the web and hunting through MANY well-known store sites, there is not much out there to choose from. For the money and the generous amount of towel fabric with the high quality Velcro, I would buy it again. Just get your scissors out and trim the nusiance threads.

The velcro band at the top is a bit stiff and makes the top fit rough. Even after a few washings. There is no pocket in the female version of this robe, but my husbands male version has a pocket. I don't know why the female version doesn't. It would be nice to have a place to put my iPhone in so I didn't have to tuck it into the band or hold it while I walked around the house with my robe on. One other item that would be of benefit is a hanging loop in the back. There is none. It is awkward to hand on the back of my bathroom door due to the thick band size of the top (I assume it is the elastic band that is very wide on the top of the robe).
