Miracle SealantsHigh-Gloss Finish Sealer 3.785L

I used the Miracle sealant applicator and took my time. Ended up doing 3 coats of this high gloss sealer as this room is a heavy foot traffic area with kids. I waited 1 1/2 hours between coats and waited 24 hours before returning the furniture back to the room. Happy with the results. Would highly recommend this product.

You ever go to a high class place and wonder what they used to get the tile/brick floors looking like they were "wet" because they were so glossy and awesome looking?They might be using Miracle Sealant because that's what my floor looked like after I applied it.I just bought their applicators, but you can probably use any pad with that material and get the same results. But why? Theirs were inexpensive and right there and I knew they would work.Easy application. Spill on and keep pushing (or pulling) the pad in the same direction the entire time over the entire surface to apply. Wear gloves. If you are sensitive to VOC's, get a respirator (not a face mask, a full face respirator with OV (organic vapor) filters - might run $150+; worth it and reusable if you are sensitive). The stuff is low VOC, but if you are in an enclosed area, it gets to 'ya after 10 minutes even with a window/fan.I did two applications. I thought about three, but after two the floor looked so glossy-wet, that I figured I'd see nothing but glossy-reflection if I applied a 3rd coat. Pretty amazing.I used about 1/2 of the bottle on 120 Square feet of unglazed porcelain tiles to do 2 coats (so really, 240 square feet)- that is about 33% more tile coverage than the label said! I'm sure other tiles/brick would have sucked up more, though and put it right at what the label said - about 360 square feet covered.Fantastic product to truly get that "ritzy" feeling for your tile!Now, you know this one works and your search might end!

Good for the price.

My marble tile in my shower had become quite dull looking. After cleaning the shower thoroughly, my husband applied this product. After each application, the shower marble looked better. He finally ended up putting on 8 coats and I am thrilled. Believe me, I have looked for years to get my marble to look good and now it does. Highly recommend.

First, let me be clear that my review only applies to saltillo, which is a gorgeous, but very fickle floor option.I used the product on fully pre-sealed (= non-absorbent, unsealed saltillo swallows any finishing product like a sponge…), genuine saltillo tiles. The result was beautiful enough immediately after application, although the gloss was just gloss rather than high gloss, but that was fine. The problem is that 7 months later, the gloss is 80 % gone. I expected this to happen in areas of intense foot traffic, for example our hallway. But the gloss is also mainly gone next to walls and under the furniture, where the foot traffic is zero. This was a big disappointment, as the amount of work involved to apply the product properly is considerable: one has to spend litterally hours on all four, first meticulously cleaning each tile and the grout that surrounds it, and then applying the sealer twice very thinly. I had to redo the whole procedure using commercial-grade high gloss sealer not available on this website—a real bummer! Please note again, though, that this review strictly applies to saltillo (i.e. clay) tiles. The result might be excellent on other surfaces like natural stone.
