Giving this product 5 stars because I noticed a MAJOR difference in my supply. Part of me wants to give it 4 stars because it made me produce entirely too much and I felt like I needed to pump every 2 hours to prevent feeling too full/ having pain. I decided to take this when I went back to work because I had heard some mamas notice a drop in their supply. It wasnt that I was an under producer. I was just anxious that with going to work and my LO not latching as often I wanted to prevent not having enough milk. So if you make enough milk already I would maybe stay clear of this product. But if you are an under supplier then I’d say it’s worth this price!!!As for the taste I felt like there wasn’t much taste to it but I may have also added too much water. There were pieces that didn’t dissolve very well which caught me off guard.

I feel like it may have worked but it had very little flavor. I put 2 packs and still not strong enough. Still tasted water down. I may have just got a bad batch. I'm going to try a different flavor in hope that was it.

Milk supply increased greatly! Only using one packet a day and can tell my breasts are more full and I'm getting 1-2oz more each pumping session! Tastes amazing too!

The taste of this is horrible nothing like the other ones and it gave my baby a rash. So I stopped drinking it for a few days then gave it another try and indeed it was this that gave her a rash. Doctor told me to stop drinking it.

This product is great! I had a major dip in my milk supply and my baby would cry when latching because there was not enough milk coming out to feed him. Bought these with the hope that they would help and by the next day I noticed a major difference. The package says go take no more than 2 a day, I only took 1 on the first day and my supply increased so much. I kept drinking them and noticed my supply increase even more. My baby no longer cried and is getting the amount he needs each feeding. The taste is also pretty good so that’s a plus. Def recommend this product to the breastfeeding mommies

I ordered this yesterday and it come in on time! The box was crushed but, figured that had to do with the shipping. Soon as I got my product I went and made a cup of this and within 23min or so my milk was dripping out. Each time I have drunk it which has been only 3 times so far I have noticed an increase in my supply! I absolutely would recommend this product. The taste could be better but, if you’re like me you do whatever you have to do to be able to make sure your supply is great for your little one!
