I personaly wouldn,t like to try it because it,s a very thick consistency paint and would most likely block your spray gun.

Can I use this on a radiator?

For me the answer would be yes. I would however rub down the radiator with a fine sandpaper first to ensure best adhesion thereby avoiding flaking when the radiator is at maximum temperature.
